Windows and doors
We replaced all our windows and doors with Brock a few years ago. They came with a lifetime warranty and needed to use it recently for our front door. Nick came and listened to all my issues regarding the locking mechanism and door sweep. He was prepared with all the necessary parts and fixed all the issues promptly and professionally. The service call was a success and have nothing but positive feedback. Great job Nick and Brock Windows!

window repairs
Nick the service provider replaced a cracked kitchen window. He even took the blind down and put it back. He was courteous and efficient and a credit to Brock.

Windows
We recently had Brock Windows install nine windows in our home. From my visit to their Brampton showroom to install we are so pleased with showroom staff, salesman Andrew & installer Andrew, their services were very professional & we would recommend them to anyone interested in new windows.

Door installation
We were replacing a sliding patio door and were looking for some way to include a dog door. Steve from Brock came out and suggested a wide single door with 3/4 panels on either side and integrate opening for dog door in one of the side panels. Sounded good to is. Installers arrived and removed old patio door. When they brought in new unit we all noticed dog for cut out was in wrong location, way up off the floor at the top of the panel. All they could do at that point was go ahead and install. Steve came out right away and took pictures and said not to worry, they would make it right.An service call was arranged. Nick was the service technician and he did an awesome job, painstakingly taking apart the lower panels (had to do both for continuity), flipping them so dog door opening was at bottom of panel and reinstalling. He was patient and professional and when he was done it looked as if it had come from the factory that way. Awesome job.We are pleased with our new door and extremely happy with the installation. Many thanks to Steve, Nick, and the two installers who's names we didn't get - all did a great job.

Replacement of old windows
We have an old home and had the majority of the windows replaced last year. The process went really well. Riza and Tony worked so hard making sure everything was perfect. The job was a challenge but they didn't complain once. Bride called regularly for updates and continues to make sure that we are happy with the work done. Thank you all.

Front of the house
We are very happy with the total package the Brock Windows offered us I must say that the salesman Phil was great from the moment we met him till his follow up when the windows were installed he met our budget, met our needs for energy, for look and for neatness The installation crew was just as professional as their sales rep We are so happy that we are going ahead with the rest of the house The greatest compliment is when neighbour's atop and say Wow and that is not an is a great feeling Thanks Brock and looking forward to the next phase I'm our mind a perfect 10 M .M

Door Installation
Brock installed 2 doors at my house. The work was completed in a timely manner, and is very high quality and looks great (exceeded my expectations). In particular I wanted to commend Stefan and his partner for their excellent service. Both the crew working at the house and the company contact were very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend and/or use their services again.

Bedroom bay window
We are very pleased with the product and the service provided by Brock Windows and Doors, and would definitely return to them them for future projects. Our salesman, Adam, was very knowledgeable, and clearly described our options for retrofitting and/or replacing our 16 year old bedroom window, explaining the Rose and cons. We chose to replace the window. The installer, Riza, was a very experienced tradesman, and I could tell right away when he came to take measurements that he was a perfectionist who cared about the quality of his work. We had just installed new window shades, and he made sure that the new window would fit the shades. During the installation, he took great care with all stages of the project, and made sure I knew what he was doing and why he was doing it. Because of the concerns with fitting the window shades, Riza had to take more time to make adjustments during the installation than he would have done normally, and ended up working quite late into the evening. However, he never indicated any frustration with the extra work he had to do to get the job done right. He acted. in a highly professional manner at all times, and I enjoyed his sense of humour. When we finally lifted the window shades into place, they fitted perfectly into the window, a testament to the skilled workmanship. The windows work very well, and we are pleased with both the project manager, Bride's communication ahead of time, and the follow up service.

So Happy
I had 8 windows replaced in my home - and I love them. Philip C. was my sales person, and he made the entire experience simple and seamless. I knew exactly what to expect during every stage of the installation...no surprises. He even stopped by the house a few times during the install to make sure things were going smoothly! Last comment. So Clean! The installers not only covered all the floors when they came in ... they swept the floors when they left. This company is a great choice.
