    Front doors, back patio doors

    We replaced or front doors (9ft of glass) and sliders at the back. Everything just went so smoothly!! From the sales call, where I got great advise from Ken, to the showroom where all the glass styles were available, to my installer Feank and team, to the follow-up I received. Huge investment, but so worth it!!

    12 sunroom windows

    I am thrilled with the windows. This was a second floor old sunroom. The suggestion was perfect and all the windows open. The installation was very professional. The men were very nice, informative, extremely clean and worked very hard. The whole project was completed quickly. This was a stress free installation for me and I have only positive things to say

    New retrofit windows

    Got 4 new retrofit windows installed. Andrew the Sales agent was nice and did not pressure us (which has been the case with other companies). Eugene and his colleague did a fantastic job installing the windows. Fast, clean, courteous, just professional. Future jobs will definitely go to Brock again.

    Replaced all windows and exterior doors

    Brock had been recommended to us. We checked out their showroom first and then invited them and others to provide quotes. Brock seemed to be the best value for the price so we went forward with them. The installation team (Sokul and Dennis) were great. Sokul came out to confirm the measurements and made recommendations to deal with some odd window openings. he had pictures to explain his recommendations. During installation, Sokul and Dennis were efficient, courteous and kept the area clean. We were very happy with the finished product.

    windows

    On November 18th 2015, we had some windows replaced in our home. Mike and his assistant did an excellent job and we were very pleased. There was no mess during or after and he demonstrated how to open each window. We want him to know that he was very professional and courteous and would ask for him if we were to have more windows replaced in the future. Furthermore, we would also like to thank Charlotte Kelly for her excellent customer service. It was reassuring to hear a friendly voice on the phone and her quick response to our emails.

    windows

    The coldest day and we had windows and patio door installed. Next day very cold and we had bay window and side door installed. Stefan and Frank were fast and efficient. We are so pleased with the product and the workmanship of these two gentlemen, and to top it off the clean up after the job was completed, all I did was put furniture back. We will recommend Brock to anybody who is thinking about new doors or windows. Thank you

    Windows/Doors

    Replacement of front door and a number of windows - Phil was a pleasure to work with - honest, accurate, and hit all the promised timelines. Installers were great - thorough and quick. Product is fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend them.

    second storey windows

    I went to Brock for my windows because they were local, came highly recommended, and I wanted a professional, quality service. Our salesman, Bill, was able to offer some window styles and features that we hadn't considered. When it came time for the installation, Chris and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were 100% satisfied before the job was signed off on. They were punctual, efficient and provided true craftsmanship. Chris and his crew are true assets to Brock! Thanks again! We are confident we'll be enjoying our windows for many years.

    Window Replacement

    We had all the windows in our house replaced by Brock Doors and Windows in January 2016. The whole experience - starting with our salesman Andrew right down to the actual install done by Stefan and Frank - was a complete pleasure. Everyone at Brock was professional and helpful at every stage and we would strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of new windows. A big thank you to Andrew for being so delightful and for his guidance in helping us pick the right window style for each room; and we are especially grateful for Stefan and Frank whose dedication to perfection is evident in their wonderful workmanship. You guys did a terrific job! :-D

    Windows

    after three estimates including Brock we decided to go with them as they were the lowest. Every step of the way from the first contact with the sales rep to the completion of the installation they were great. When I decide to do my front door Brock will definatly be called.
