    Window, door and garage door

    I wanted to thank Brock for the quality window and door installations that were recently completed. As winter closed in it was great knowing that we have tight, energy efficient windows and doors. In particular I wanted to commend Edward Miranda and his partner for their excellent service. Their work was done professionally and most courteously.

    Whole house windows and doors

    Highly recommend this company. Sales rep and installers who came to the home were extremely professional and precise. All windows and doors look fantastic. Customer service is prompt and courteous. Nick was the service guy who came to help out with some minor issues and he dealt with the issues quickly and expertly. A great company to work with at any level.

    Windows and doors replacements

    I just wanted to pass on some kind words regarding the quality service that we were provided today by Nick from Brock Doors and Windows. Brock installed all new Windows and doors in our house in the Spring of 2015 and we had an issue recently with our front door (hard to open and close in the cold weather) that Nick came to observe today and he was very helpful in addressing the problem while displaying a very friendly and professional attitude. The end result is that the problem appears resolved, or at least much better than it was and we are very appreciative of the support we were provided today.     retrofit windows on 100+ year old house

    The installers did a fantastic job doing a retrofit install. I wanted to keep my 100 year old window trim (inside) but put in new windows for security and climate control. They really took their time to make sure the windows were installed properly and that my inside trim wasn't damaged. They did a fantastic job adding new trim to the outside too! Everything looks fantastic and you can tell the quality, re: the workmanship and materials, is there... I would highly recommend! Thanks to Sandy Berkley and his team I got exactly what I was looking for.

    Repair work of a cracked window

    I was so pleased with the service of a cracked window I had this past week.Nick came with his booties, efficiently and quickly changed our cracked window with no mess or fuss.Nick was a breath of fresh air on such a miserable rainy day,Service was with a smile.Many thanks also go to Jim and Barb for arranging a convenient time.Thanks team.Much appreciated!

    Window repair

    Brock installed replacement windows in August 2015 and did a great job, and we have enjoyed a draft-free winter with our new triple glazed windows. Recently on a very cold night a pipe froze in the wall above one of the basement windows, which had never happened before. We called Brock to see if they could improve the insulation around the window. Even though it wasn't a problem with the window unit itself, they responded very quickly. Nick the technician arrived, surveyed the situation, and recommended injecting spray foam insulation which meant we didn't have to rip apart the painted trim. He was courteous and completed the job quickly with no mess. Time will tell if the foam is enough, but the price was right: no charge for the repair.

    Windows

    I had a few windows replaced and I was very happy with the quality of the product, Sale associate that visited my home and the Installers. The service was fast Professional and I will definitely recommend them and use them again. 10 Stars all the way!!!!

    new windows

    I would highly recommend using this company again. First our rep Steve was great at getting us a good deal and very helpful with our door and windows. Second Eugene who installed our door and windows was great, this guy does not stop for a break. The other men that helped with the windows were the same go go go. While Eugene was there doing the windows I mentioned the door had a slight crack he took the extra step to not only fix the crack but took the door off as he said it wasn't closing properly. This guy can work. All the men were great and very pleasant and Steve Frame is wonderful as I can always get a hold of him as well as Eugene.

    Warranty replacement of glass

    Nick did a great job. He is Very quick and very pleasant. Clean and tidy Over all dealing with Brock was smooth.

    patio doors & windows

    I have just have my patio doors and windows done today by Brocks doors and windows company....Wonderful job well done by Eugene and his team.....again... I will for sure recommend this company to any of people I know.....in the future. Regards, Vu Luong
