New Triple Glaze Windows Installation + Sliding Door
Excellent Service. Completed installation of windows for entire house, excluding basement, plus sliding rear door in just over 2 days. Professional, neat, tidy, courteous. Great service. Special thanks to Eugene (installer) for excellent workmanship!

fix broken window
Nick came out to replace broken glass and replace the crank on our window, he was very friendly and professional. Nick really new what he was doing ,when it was all done our window looks brand new. In the future we would always do business with brock windows and recommend them to familly and freind. Very happy customer.

27 Windows Replacement
It’ s my first time life ever to write web comments. We changed all my 27 house windows two months ago and we are very pleased we chose Brock to do that. We did not know any window companies until this summer we decided to change all windows and started to research. We total looked around 6 window companies including three 9.9 Homestar companies. Among them Brock has the lowest Homestar score and highest quote, but finally I chose Brock because of the sales – Brian, who denied the color that most other sales suggested and also provided best answers for my special shaped windows. WRT price, Brock’s quote on special shaped windows is higher than other vendors, but competitive price on regular windows. I guess that may explain why so many people on Homestar mentioned good price form Brock which bothered us for a while. Then Brock assigned its best installer John and his wife for this work. Be honest, I did research on them as well on Brock Homestar, and could not find many comments. Finally, it is John, his wife and their other colleague to make this project perfect to the end – excellent measurement, excellent installation. .. The painters later coming for quotes (inside trim and jam) all said unanimously the installer did a very good job. Thank you Brock, best product and service.

Basement Windows and Patio Door
Phil C. provided excellent service. He was very professional and followed up every step of the way to make sure the job was done right. The windows look great! I would highly recommend Brock and Phil! Thank you Phil C!

Bay window
I ws having a problem with a company that installed my shutters and damaged my window ledge top and bottom I have to I spoke to Kaileigh Donelle and she was very helpful in resolving my problem by looking how and how much it was gonna coats as I have the baywindow done buy you'd guys which by they way awesome job and it's been 14 1/2 years and not one problem. I would recommend you guys to anyone I know. I want to thank Kaileigh for all her help. I want to say thank you

Door and sidelight project
Brock windows and doors. High and lows, My experience with this company stared off with meeting a great salesman ( mike ) who not only was informative but provided a great solution to my door and sidelight project. The job was booked on the spot, and handed over to another person to a schedule and book the completion date. This is where my frustrations began. Brie was utterly useless in booking my job on time. We had a firm date set as the house was to be sold and pictures/open houses were to begin in three weeks time. The job was finally booked for a Friday a few days before pictures were to be taken. The crew called in sick Friday then did show up on Saturday. Brock's call a eyre could not connect me to anyone and no calls were returned too Monday. Alas we had to reschedule pictures which I had to pay a cancellation fee for and push the listing 1 week. At this point Nick began communicating with me, he was apologetic and did all he could to make sure the work was completed the next day. The materials look wonderful but the finished product could look much better. I am not any construction expert but even I could put chalking down in straight lines but apparently this crew could not. Promises were made to find a solution to this problem but nothing was ever done and the house had to go to market with this poor craftsmanship being the first impression perspective buyers were welcomed with. Same to say I won't be recommending Brock Windows and Doors to both neighbours who have asked for their contact.

Front door with screen door
Another terrific experience with Brock Windows and Doors. This was our third job with Brock. We previously had windows and a back door installed. The salesman provided good guidance and options, and after some back and forth over the installation date (it was a little tricky to arrange evening / weekend appointments) the installation went very well. The installers (Eugene and his assistant) were amazing. Not only were they on time and efficient, but their workmanship was excellent. They consulted with us about the exterior trim and even managed to preserve our plaster and lathe interior walls (we expected some damage but there was none). They also saved and re-used the existing interior trim. We would recommend Brock Windows again.

New double front doors
We have used Brock many times in the past; at our last house, we had them change all of our windows. When we moved to this new home, we had them change standard patio doors to beautiful garden doors and then a couple of years later we had them change all our windows, including the installation of a new bay window. When the time came to change our front doors, we only thought of Brock, and once again, we have not been disappointed. Brian V., our salesman has always been wonderful to work with and a true professional. The installers arrived as expected and worked throughout the afternoon to replace the doors. Unfortunately, although a peep hole had been drilled into the door, the peep hole itself was missing. This was not an issue as they covered the hole with tape and returned the next day to install it. The doors look fabulous and we are thrilled with the result.

Windows
I got quotes from a few different companies and while Brock was not the lowest, it also wasn't the highest. I went with them because I felt they were very professional and stood behind their product and service. The sales Representative Brian was wonderful and was there to answer any questions that I had (and ya, I had questions!). Stefan, the installer was awesome and did a wonderful job, even reinstalling my security grills. I love the colour I chose and the way it looks. I would recommend them to friends and family for sure.

Windows
I had new windows put in 17 years ago from Brock, very very satisfied with sales and installation, with wear and tear I thought the weatherstripping needed to be changed and the window cranks on my bay window was caught in the wind so I called to see if it could be ordered and to my surprise it is all under warranty and when did I want it replaced, Great. A very nice man named Nick came and replaced 2 window cranks and advised not to disturb the weatherstripping as it was perfect but did leave me with extra so I could do it later when it needed it. I am so pleased I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and will in future use them for any upgrades
