    New Windows

    We are glad we chose Brock to install triple glazed North Star windows brick to brick. They were installed professionally with proper insulation and nice wood trim. The quality of the windows and all materials is excellent, better than others that we were quoted, at the same price. Our home was warmer and quieter this past winter and spring. We are impressed with the friendly customer service and the guarantee. We had a few minor window issues and they sent installers back to our home to correct them. Brock made sure that we were completely satisfied. They told us to call if we have any problem and they really do stand behind their guarantee.

    window installation

    The product came in on time, the installation crew came on time to do the installation, and the project was completed efficiently and completely. They had 5 windows to replace, and I was quite satisfied with the end result. The salesperson, Bill was very helpful. This is the third time I have had Brock Doors and Windows

    Replacement of Windows and Front Door

    The guys who worked on this project, Dorian and Gino, were top-notch, knowledgeable and all-around good guys. They obviously go the extra mile, and would strive to answer our questions at any time of the day or evening. They worked efficiently and well.

    Door Replacement

    The installation crew were knowledgeable of the work and they completed the work on time. They were well mannered and friendly. I was mostly satisfied with the installation because the crew did their job very well. I would like to recognize Steve for taking the time to answer all our questions pertaining to the replacement of our door. Also, I would like to recognize Eugene for a work well done in installing the door.

    Windows replacement

    We were very impressed with Mark Hill's knowledge and attention to details. He was punctual for the initial appointment. Installation day, Eugene was on time. We were very satisfied with the work. Very excellent workmanship. They showed us how to open the windows and take them out because these were a different style as were in prior. Brock Doors & Windows Inc did not fall short of our expectations. They cleaned up afterwards. The product is perfect. We would like to recognize Mark Hill & Eugene for their exceptional service I have forwarded Mark's contact information to two of my friends who are interested in replacing their windows

    Window replacements

    I found the sales representative, Steven, to be very professional and explained all of my options. We decided on the windows that met my needs and budget. Sokol, my installer, was terrific. He made accurate measurements and on installation day was able to complete the work efficiently and to a very high standard. My windows are a beautiful addition to my home. Very pleased with Brock Windows

    Windows

    Brock IS the best! Walter our sales rep is a very experienced, knowledgeable, straightforward and practical guy, who truly believes in his product. His dedication to customer satisfaction is unquestionable, as he seamlessly took care of an alteration to our order, while maintaining the original install date. As for the product, these North Star windows are beautifully manufactured, operate smoothly and look great. The triple glazing has more than provided the reduction in exterior noise that we were looking for. The "hat-trick" goes to Ben, the installer. He is a very personable, accommodating and highly skilled installer. He takes personal pride in his work, which is evident in his attention to detail. Among many professional finishing techniques he utilized, Ben came up with a brilliant solution to trimming out the interior of the bathroom window, which is in the shower wall. In the 17 years that we have lived in our home, the second floor has never looked better. Thank you so much to Brock and to your dedicated teams!

    Windows and Doors

    I was very happy after Eugene and his crew-mate finished the installation of all replacement windows and two sliding doors in my townhouse. From my initial phone call and in-home consultation with John Nolet, to Bride who arranged the installation date and answered a couple of questions, to the installation itself, to the final clean-up, everything has gone without a hitch. Even the weatherman cooperated! The crew worked steadily and precisely, and I was able to relax as I watched the whole job proceed. I am delighted now to be able to sit back and admire the view, and look ahead to next winter when the up-to-date windows offer more protection from the winter cold. I want to add that I later noticed some smudges and smears on the outside of a couple of windows that were hard to get at. I called Eugene and they came the next day, and quickly and cheerfully cleaned up the windows. Now I'm REALLY happy!

    Replacement Windows

    I Contacted Brock Windows for a quote to replace my original wood casements windows in my 21 year old home. The sales rep Andrew came by the next day with vinyl colour and product samples. He was very courteous and professional in his knowledge and truthful in his recommendations. I had researched North Star Windows the Canadian product that Brock carries exclusively and it was evident that this product is of the highest class and CSA listed which is rare in the vinyl window business. The pricing offered for whole home window renovation was very fair using double sealed units with argon gas and I was delighted to learn they included triple sealed with krypton gas in my master bedroom at no cost and this after the deal was done. Mike and his install crew came as scheduled, I learned they had just completed a window reno for the Holmes on Holmes TV show and I was next. Their work was excellent and very thorough no short cuts, only the best low expansion foam insulation and the best supra caulking on the market is used. Quality and integrity is what Brock Windows stands for. A shout out to GM Graeme Knight and his team from Sales, Install and Service I believe the best in the GTA. I truly recommend Brock Windows and the North Star product without hesitation.

    Front Door and windows

    Absolutely delighted with my new front door and windows. Steve the sales guy was helpful choosing colours/hardware for the doors. The installers Ziggy and Cory did an excellent, professional job and left place spotless when done. Loved the triple pane windows (can't hear a sound outside, which helps my wife sleep during the day as she works night shifts). I will use them again for the rest of the windows I need replacing.
