replace all the windows and doors
We signed the contract to replace all the windows and doors, and cap garage door frame Sept 20, 2013. The work was done Dec 13, 2014 finally after the installer's 6 visits. The quality of the windows and doors is good. The sales person was nice and professional. The installer was terrible and rude. First installation was Feb 19 2013. They left tons of problems and damages to our house: master window was wrong; kitchen window screen was broken; front door glass insert frame was damaged; living room picture window was not installed properly; huge gap between casing and walls. We can even put a finger into it; caulking was not applied properly; damages to our dry wall, kitchen board, washer, internal door. Working tools and gloves on our beds and dinner table, no drop sheets, standing on my toilets cover to do installation. They fixed these later but took long time. We noticed there is a damage on the master bedroom window and wrote a letter to their general manager Jan 2015. No body replied to us. We are very disappointed with the installation. If you choose Brock, wish you good luck!

Livingroom window installed
My husband and I were impressed right off the bat with Bill our salesman he was very proffesional and friendly. Derek and his team mate did a fantastic job of installing the window, cleaning everything up when finished and everything was done in a timely manner. I will definately use Brock when it is time to replace my upstair windows.

Windows and Door Replaced
We had looked at 4 companies to replace 5 large windows and our front door. Each company we looked at came in with very high quotes and then wanted to negotiate down to a reasonable price after you told them the cost was too high. Brock came in and the sales person Mark was great walked us through the options and gave us a great price that did not need to be negotiated down as it was fair and reasonable. Ziggy the install came on site and did a great professional install. Kept everything nice and clean. Great company.

Front Door and Windows
I was pleased with Brock Doors & Windows very thorough customer service from the very first phone call through to the installation. Especially with Bill Kovaks and the customer service team/ office staff and installer Michael.

new windows
Our upstairs was always cooler by 5C than rest of house in winter. Brian, from Brock Windows, came and informed us the windows were only single glaze and gave us an estimate to replace nine windows. The estimate was reasonable, so we told him to proceed. Frank, the installer, was very professional and the new window frames inside are add to the décor upstairs. We have already noticed a difference as in the cold weather, we had to set the thermostat higher by 5C so we would not be cold in the bedrooms. After the windows were installed, we don't have to set our thermostat higher, the upstairs is the same temperature as the main floor.

Patio door
We replaced our patio door with Brock Doors and Windows. Mike was very prompt, and accurate taking measurements. The installation was very quick,clean and professional. The two installers knew what the were doing. It was great doing business with Brock.

Windows
Mary from Etobicoke Everything was great! The way they came into the house was excellent. They put down the mat, and put up the windows. A guy even shoveled the snow to get to one of the windows which I thought was great. I told my neighbours next door about the my windows because she might be getting some. I have some more windows in the back of my house which I will probably get replaced in a year or so, so I will be calling Brock Doors & Windows again!

Windows
ugene and his crew were phenominal. I do not use that word a lot in conjunction to services but him and his team are deserving of that word and many other words which define perfect. From entering the house, to offering to take off their shoes each and every time- despite my having communicated to them the fact that I will have to clean the entire house anyways-they were kind enough to ask until I told them to leave their shoes on! These are men who risk their lives—literally—passing up 300 pound windows up three floors to another strong pair of arms inside the house, leaving the impression that they could very well be circus performers in slow motion. I see Brock divided into two parts. Part I: the sales. I think the sales people—and I will not mention my sales person- need better training in terms of specifics, I.E. windows, measurements etc. How ever, the BEST part about this company is—not surprisingly the people who work the hardest—non managerial—and by this, I simply mean: Eugene and his crew. Thanks Guys!

Windows
We purchased an older home and decided to replace the older windows before the winter months. Mike came to our home for an estimate and took the time to walk room-to-room with us and thoroughly review each of our windows. They were all installed at different times and the windows were made by various manufacturers - and Mike knew them all. He was so knowledgeable and explained all the different types we had, which windows needed to be replaced now and which ones could hold on for another few years. He provided us with options and a quote and we booked to have them installed. The installation went smoothly and the windows look beautiful. We trusted Brock to be the experts and they did not disappoint. We also appreciated the follow up calls after the install to ensure we were happy. I would recommend Brock for their knowledge, professionalism, quality and customer service - all a 10!

Bedroom Windows
We had a wonderful experience with Brock Windows, had all our Bedromm windows replaced, great Salesman, the price was right and the Quality is superb, the installers were both very professional and personable.
