    Window Installation

    There are 100's of window companies, many with "lowball" pricing. Brock was exceptional with a quality window and excellent installers with great attention to detail at a fair price I felt for what I received. Our installers were exceptional in their work. It was a long cold day and they did not leave until everything was complete. Their workmanship was exceptional and attention to detail. There was some detailed trim work that they completed perfectly. Phil our salesman was no pressure!! and let us decide what we wanted to do and was excellent to deal with.

    Window replacement

    After another company fell through, we were in a pinch to have the new windows installed before we moved in to our new home. Kayleigh, Matt and Jan were amazingly helpful, and although we needed them to work quickly, not a single corner was cut! We love our new windows!! In fact, we just ordered two more!!

    Replaced all windows

    I'm very satisfied with my new windows. Steve Frame (awesome last name, considering what he does) was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful during his estimate visit. Additionally, the installer Jay and his team were efficient and knowledgable and the quality of work was exceptional.​

    Windows and front door

    We were pleased from start to finish. Both with salesman, Steaven, who helped us pick out the right products and with Mark who did a fantastic job on the installation. We now have two bay windows on order for installation this spring. Thank you Brock!

    Window replacement

    I am completely satisfied with the work performed my Brook Window and Doors in replacing all the windows and garage doors from my mom's. Our sales rep Bill was fantastic, very knowledgable of all products the company sold and made excellent recommendations in choosing the proper windows for my mom's home. I was very satisfied with the price and quality of the work performed and quality of the windows installed. Frank our lead installer and his crew were great, they finished the job on time and were quick to inform us of any problems and provided quick solutions to them. They left the home spotless after they completed their work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing window repairs.

    Glass storm door installation

    Nick and Colin were polite and their work meticulous. They insured the door was flush and that the handle and locking mechanisms were in proper working order. Good company, great employees, very good work!

    New Windows

    Brock Windows was fantastic from start to finish. First the sales rep Mike showed up and measured the 2 windows we wanted replaced and assisted us with recommendations on the style of windows to order(we had already decided on the triple pane ourselves). We agreed and when the installer Sokol showed up with the new windows, he explained the whole procedure of how he was going to install the windows. After removing the old windows and installing the new ones, he took the time to show us the new windows and we were very happy with how they looked. We absolutely love the new windows. We have just ordered 7 more windows with Brock Doors and Windows to be installed in the spring.

    Front Door & Windows

    Sales rep is Kevin and installer is Derek. Brock has not fallen short of my expectations at all. There were no problems at all. I am pleased with the quality, it's very good and everything went smoothly. The two guys that did the work, Derek & his partner were very very good they put in the windows and the doors, they were excellent.

    New Windows and front door

    I am pleased to write this wonderful review for Brock Windows and Doors. During the initial consultation the sales person took the time to explain how windows work and the different styles of windows. There was no pressure to make a purchase and we were able to come to our own conclusion that Brock Windows had a superior product. Our installer Eugene was fantastic and friendly. He showed up on time, knowledgable and did a great job installing our windows and doors. You would be very lucky if you get Eugene as an installer. I highly recommend this company. The only issue I have is I am waiting to see if they follow up on a repair. If they follow up and rectify this situation then they deserve a 10 out of 10 in my books and future business with me and my family.

    All windows replaced on our raised bungalow.

    We are very satisfied with the value for money and the overall appearance of the completed job. Kris is to be commended for his accuracy and detail in measuring, and for the success of the complete installation. The young gentleman, Matt, at the Brampton Showroom Reception was most helpful. He answered our many questions in a friendly and most knowledgeable manner. Thank you for a Great Experience !
