    Windows and Doors

    I am pleased to write this review because I could not be happier with my experience with Brock Doors & Windows. From the initial consultation to the installation of the windows and doors, the staff at Brock were knowledgeable, experienced and professional. There were no surprises on pricing or on the quality of the windows and doors. The salesperson, Mark, took the time to inform me of the issues with poor quality windows, not to mention the costs of repeated replacements, and to explain why Brock windows were different, how they were built and why they were of such exceptional quality. Having suffered with drafty windows and leaking doors for too long, I was ready to put in quality products so I'm happy that Mark spent the time to give me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I fully understood why my existing windows and doors fared so poorly and why my new ones from Brock would perform so much better. The office kept me informed when the installers would come, first to measure and then to install. The installers, Mike and Shayne, were courteous, hardworking and respectful, both of my home and my pets. They protected the carpet and floor with drop cloths and removed their footwear whenever not on a drop cloth. They kept me apprised of how long the work would take and the agenda for the following days. They were even careful about the dogs not getting outside when they replaced the doors! They were professional and friendly and cleaned up after the job was done, both inside the house and out. I am extremely happy with my new windows and doors and have noticed an immediate difference in how warm my home now is. I would highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows to anyone needing new windows and doors! I would like to recognize the installers, Mike and Shayne, for their hard work, dedication to ensuring the installation was done well and for the respect they showed my family (and pets) while they were in my home! I've had other workers in my home but I can honestly say that Mike and Shayne were the most thoughtful, respectful and professional of all. They should be recognized for their efforts!! I am fully satisfied with all aspects of my purchase. I love my new windows and doors! Thank you for providing quality materials and quality service!

    front door

    Andrew, the salesperson was fantastic and the installers, Nick and his co - worker did an excellent job. I have had many good comments from friends who have seen the door

    replacement glass for antique doors

    We own a 130 year old historic house, we needed someone who would understand our unique needs. Brian Wolfman was a wonderful sales representative. He was knowledgeable in our situation for our home. We look forward to working with him again. Brian Coleby

    Window installation

    I was very happy with Brock Doors and Windows. They replaced all of our windows and I had them come back the following year for more windows, I liked them so much. Bill K, sales rep and Amry, the installer were both fantastic!

    Patio Door

    We had an old drafty patio door in need of replacement. Mike Jr. at the showroom showed us various options and then came to the house to double check measurements and reassure us regarding some exterior problems. Ziggy and helper did a quick professional installation as well as a great cleanup both inside and out. We would definitely use Brock again.

    Window replacement

    Brock Windows is a fantastic company. We had been talking about replacing our windows for such a long time and I can't believe how easy and seamless the process was. Phil explained everything so clearly and the price was worth it. Even the timelines were met exactly, almost to the day. Sokol, our installer, is a real expert. The windows, caulking, and flashing all look perfect! We are very happy with our windows.

    Windows, Sliding door

    Have dealt with Brian the salesman a few times over the course of 12 years, excellent knowledge, great follow through. Installer Derek and his crew on time, hard working and thorough.

    Front Door Install

    I was looking for a front door to replace the builder's cheap door. I had been noticing the cold around the door. I called Brock among a few other companies and they stood out above the rest from the initial call. They sent a rep out to meet with us, Walter, who was extremely knowledgable. I am a young homeowner who does research and my own trades. I posed a simple few questions that would see if I would give them my business. Walter's expertise was fantastic and is what ended up having them perform the work. The install crew came out twice. Once to measure and ask me questions about various things, the alarm wiring, the swing of the door, the doorbell location etc. On his second visit they installed the door. Eugene was very open, honest and considerate when installing the door. He took his time with his partner to align the door properly, insulate, made sure everything worked perfectly and was up to my satisfaction before taking the final payment. The door is fantastic and my wife is extremely happy with the colour. I would, without reservation, contact Brock Windows and Doors again for more work to be done in my home. They have been wonderful to deal with and their build quality is superb.

    New basement windows.

    I was especially satisfied with the attention to trim detailing, it was very good. The service and product quality was up to the highest professional standard that is recognized in the industry.

    Window installation

    When my bathroom contractor complained that he thought that there may be a leak in the new window caulking, Eugene, the Brock installer, made a two-hour drive in a snow storm to come to inspect it. Unfortunately, the contractor could not wait for him, and his efforts were in vain. He had to make the return trip in similar conditions. There appears to have been no problem with the caulking.
