    complete all windows

    Andrew was my sales person explained everything in detail,and rest was the best experience.I was satisfied with all area from sales to installation with Frank as a team leader,the accounting department took care of my last part,keep it up the good job

    Front Window in Living Room

    My husband and I had our Bay window replaced by Brock Doors Windows. We had Ziggy and Corey as the team and what a wonderful job they did. The bay window was being removed and a flat window put in. This project could have caused all sorts of trouble but these two men got the job done in record time. We have been enjoying the warm living room since Dec 4/14. They made very little mess and cleaned up all of the materials that were left. We are extremely happy with the look of the house and the warmth that we have been enjoying since Dec. I would have recommend them and would have other windows done by these two very professional men. GOOD JOB Ziggy and Corey

    Garage side door, Front door & Screen door

    Had Brock as our installers, as most of my windows were installed by Brock. The project took a little longer than we anticipated to commence until I phoned Brock and sped up the process! The guys were punctual and proceeded to remove the doors and framework to the brick. Reframed everything, foam insulated the gaps and caulked all seams and the job was flawless. We supplied our own hardware and they put new casement on the interior of the front door. The doors fit perfectly and closed with ease. Overall a great install and the wife couldn't be happier!

    Patio window doors

    My entire experience was a nightmare. I paid in full before work had ever begun. Big mistake! Install was a nightmare. Door leaked from horrible install. Had to fight to get it fixed. The company insisted it was a roof leak. My previous patio door never leaked so I knew something was wrong with installation. After threats of court they sent someone to redo the install and I haven't had a problem since. They refused to believe that the install was not done correctly, fought with me insisting I get a new roof when all along I only need a proper install on my new patio door! The company was horrible and the effort to get the work done right took too much of my precious time. The customer (me) was right and they refused to believe me. They've never done a follow up to even see or apologize for all the stress this nightmare caused. Had they listened to the customer all fighting could have been avoided. Instead they prefer the customer spend 5000$ on a roof that needs no repair rather than rectify the problem they caused. Thank god I was persistent as I knew there was never a roof problem, only a horrible install job. Way to deflect Brock windows! The truth always prevails!! I'm writing this review because Brock windows is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with as a home owner. Multiple visits to my home and many emails and phone calls were made only to have the manager insist it was not their problem when all along it was because once they finally agreed to redo the work there hasn't been a leak since! Imagine if I wouldn't have been persistent or even worse if I had believed their assessment of it being a roof problem! If I could spread the word to everyone to avoid this company at all costs I would. No compassion from this company! Bottom line BEWARE!!!

Water leakage is a rare situation and is sometimes problematic to diagnose.     Patio Door instalatioin

    Door was late being prepared and no one from Company called to let me know. I sent them an e-mail through their site and no response from anyone. eventually they called and I had door installed. Screen door was damaged (they had to take back and will have to come back to reinstall (not sure when). Was promised by salesman that security locks would be available on door. Nothing here! The only positive was the installation of the product. The team was fantastic, quick and clean.!! Was going to have all my windows replaced this coming summer, but obviously will go elsewhere.

    Windows

    Had the backyard door/window combo changed out recently. My mother was happy with the results and she remarked that they were very polite and well mannered, which can't be said for all construction crews. They didn't leave a mess behind, cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Brock to my family and friends in a flash. And the window is pretty good looking too! Thanks

    Overall I am happy to say that I did not run into any problems with Brock at all. I was satisfied that the installation went perfectly smooth. I have to point out the installation guys for their exceptional service.

    window project

    There are no areas I feel as through Brock needs to improve on. There was my first experience with the company over several other windows and doors companies that I interviews. Brock was able to meet all of my needs and all is good! Bill and Jay exceeded my expectations. Jay and crew were amazing and they're a part of the reason I've decided to do other windows with Brock!

    I was very happy with the quality of the products and I think Brock did a really good job. My installation technician Eugene was efficient and did the job in a timely manor. He did a very good job as well.

    Windows

    Our sales representative Phil Minuk was very helpful in making suggestions for our project. The installation was done really well. My installer, Sokol Bace, was professional and neat. He did a very good job.
