    PATIO DOOR

    VERY HAPPY WITH BROCKS SERVICE, MATT THE SALES REP WAS VERY HELPFUL AND AMRY THE INSTALLER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BROCK WINDOWS TO ALL MY FRIENDS WHO NEED WORK DONE IN THEIR HOUSE.

    Exterior Door and 2 casement windows

    I just had an exterior door (full lite with mini blinds) installed and a couple of casement windows. They look beautiful and I can feel a difference in the temperature in the area where the windows were installed. They are much cosier than the old double hung windows that we had there. Alex, the installer, and his assistant seemed to do a very thorough job of the installation and were very courteous and careful not to make a mess bringing snow into the house with their boots. I can't believe they go up ladders in this kind of weather. 'They cleaned everything up nicely and showed me how to operate the windows. My only complaint would be that it is a long process from order date to delivery date (at least around year end it is). But, I am very happy with the result and the price was competitive.

    window replacement

    We have used Brock Doors and Windows for front door replacement in the past and recently had all our windows replaced. The quality of windows is excellent. I was most satisfied with the installers. Amry and his team were very professional and eager to to make sure everything was done properly.

    Windows

    We were really impressed with the salesman; he really knew his stuff. Bill deserves recognition for his excellent customer service and product knowledge. The installation was done by Gino. His work was very professional and completed in a timely manner.

    Windows replace brick to brick

    Brian was a very good sales representative. Brock was very professional, and I am very satisfied with the work done. They were very kind, and helpful through every step. We didn't know much about how the windows were constructed, but we were much more knowledgeable after the installation. I feel more confident about doing more installations in the future. I am already thinking about doing our doors next year with Brock.

    Windows

    Walter H was knowledgeable and helpful regarding my project. Over the years I would describe Brock as always reliable. I didn't see any areas needing improvement. They were very professional from the sales meeting with Walter to the installation team with Michael.

    widows front door patio door

    Professionalism and care was shown by Brock throughout. Work was done on time and staff took the time to educate us on how to operate the installed sliding door, We had previously had Brock change all our windows and front door a year earlier and was so pleased with them that we had them install the patio door. We cannot think of any areas where Brock fell short of our expectations. We were most satisfied with the quality of material and workmanship the the care taken to explain to us how to use and care for our doors and windows. Several of my neighbours asked us for the name of the installer. Phil Munik our sales representitive and especially Sokol Bace, the installer were very helpful to us, They took the time and care to explain everything. Brock is a Good Company with good staff and provides quality products. We were fortunate to come across them and have no regrets.

    Windows

    I was most satisfied with their organization. Everything was so smooth. Andrew did a great job. He was honest, straight forward, and clear. Nick installed everything smoothly and gave pointers to improve things. Thanks!

    Patio door

    Brock Doors and Windows are outstanding! Their sales, installation and customer service staff were all extremely courteous, caring and professional and their product far exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends!

    Windows and Doors

    We were very pleased with the installers attention to detail, the site clean up etc all done in a day. The windows are great, the door was even better than expected and we are proud to come home everyday. Thank you Brock and John Nolet for your help and guidance and quality installation/
