We chose Brock Windows (job#0149928) because they had done such good work 10 years ago when they replaced most of our windows. The doors replaced included 4 Norrthstar sliding doors with built in blinds and side windows with 2 of our doors. There was also extensive repairs needed to the entranceways. We like Brock Windows because of the assured quality and service as well as standing behind their work. It was comforting to get the work completed before our relentless winter in Mississauga.

Two days after contacting Brock their representative Sandy came to our home. He was very professional,courtious and provided us with all the information we required.A day after our meeting with Sandy and choosing Brock the installer Javier came and measured the windows and door. Once all the windows were ready Javier and his crew did an amazing job with the installation The crew was hardworking ,friendly, courteous and happy to answer any questions we had. It was a large job and it was completed within two days. Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation, but the cleanup was immaculate. I will definitely be recommending Brock to my friends.

Brock Windows and Doors provided great service during our recent replacement of our livingroom window and 4 bedroom windows. We researched many companies and Brocks prices were comparable but their service and quality installation were over and above what we expected. I would highly recommend them.

(Re Job # 0149908) From the first instance of our in-house consult/estimate with Steaven, through to the very end of the installation with Riza, the staff and crew of Brock Doors & Windows were professional, courteous, punctual and very efficient in thier work. We never felt pressured, and they treated our house with respect and kept everything very clean while working. Our new Bay window is so beautiful, and we love our new patio doors. They glide so easily to open and close, and the blinds between the panes of glass are such a great upgrade. While it took a little longer than expected (due to weather conditions) in the end, everything was done exactly as we'd hoped and we couldn't be happier with the customer service we received, which (in my books) counts for the most! I recommended Brock to my next-door-neighbours, and they just recently had new front and side doors, as well as new patio doors installed in their home, and they look beautiful! I highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows to anyone looking for a reputable company with great service, warranties and products. (Oh, and they were a good $2000 cheaper than another company that quoted us!!).

This is the second set of windows that were installed by Brock Doors and Windows. This completes the installation of all windows in the house. Brock sales personnel are knowledgeable and helpful in selecting which windows and doors are best for the home and the installation team are professional and quick. Windows were installed correctly the first time and the workplace was left in a clean and tidy manner. - Couldn't ask for more

Our home is only 11 years old but the standard “Builder’s grade” windows needed to be replaced. Despite a dry indoor winter environment the condensation over the years was ridiculous as was the mold and paint peeling that followed. We decided to go with Brock Doors and Windows after extensive research and we are very pleased with our decision. The HomeStars reviews are true to form and the Better Business Bureau rating exceptional. Our overall experience mirrors the previous ratings and Reviews. Mark Hill was our sales agent who was very knowledgeable and guided us through the extensive product selection. What I was dreading as an overwhelming experience turned out to be smooth and actually enjoyable. We replaced 29 windows and one garden door was transformed into a patio door. Mark followed up in person post installation to make sure we were happy with the products and services. Our installers were Mark and Chase (a different Mark!). They were not only professional but were also considerate of our family's needs during the 5-day process. They constantly cleaned their workspace and made every effort to minimize the disruption to our daily activities. Mark took the time to show me the status of the existing window installation (or lack there of) and how he was installing the new windows made by North Star (supplied by Brock). We are very pleased with the whole process and the products. Money well spent! This upcoming winter will be a true test but already we have noticed great improvements in exterior noise reduction and a more comfortable living environment. We previously had 2 windows replaced in the kitchen by another vendor and were not happy with the quality of window. With Brock Doors and Windows, I paid a tad higher pricing, but got amazing service. We had our main front window (approx 5' x 6' with a custom arch on top) and 5 other windows, which all had a free upgrade to triple pane. The three we had in the bedroom now allows my wife (night nurse) to sleep through the day even with my neighbours cutting their lawn and rebuilding their deck. The workmanship (including; expanding foam insulation, 3.3/4" frame, and fully caulking inside and out) was expertly done. When finished the areas were swept and vacuumed. I need to replace a few more windows and I will definitely ONLY go directly back to Brock Brock Job 0149937

I got my front windows replaced by Brock. The sales person was very professional. The installation was very organized and the disruption was minimal. The contract was executed according to the terms and I am a satisfied client.
