We were pleased with Brock Doors and Windows from the quote right through to the installation. The windows were ready on time as promised and the installers were professional, polite and efficient and worked through 2 days of foul November weather to get the job done. Many thanks to our installer Mark who used his great skills on the inside trim job.

Replaced 2 windows after doing a lot of research about installers and windows. Came down to the fact that these guys are Windowwise certified and carried NorthStar. Sales experience was great, no high pressure tactics. Was able to work directly with installer Mike to arrange a date and he arrived on time and install went perfectly. Very clean job on the trim. One minor note is that the job kicked up a bit more dust than expected, if I would have known I would have moved more of the furniture out of the way.

They started early in the morning. To try to do a complete house. Being cold and miserable. I am surprised the came and worked the entire day. It was completed on that day, and did an excellent job on the removal of the old windows and installation of the new. More importantly the cleanup was excellent, inside and out.

My rating is purely on the install of the Northstar product we purchased. The windows are absolutely fantastic, except for the shade of white. It's a very bluish white which stands out in our home even beside the white casing trim. The process to get a quote was fairly straight forward. Ken was honest and easy to contact as I made several changes to the initial quote after receiving quotes from three other installation companies. The install date was also better than I had hoped for. I braced myself for a 12 week wait but it was less than 10 weeks from placing the order to completion of the install. The free upgrade to triple glaze helped us pull the trigger to go with Brock. I want to give Brock a higher rating but these two items are holding me back. 1. Runners were placed on the floor so that they could walk with their shoes on but drop sheets were not placed on any furniture. I'm still cleaning up bits of dry wall and dust in the basement and throughout the house. 2. The installer do not caulk and fill the holes in the casing. I am looking at a $40,000 + job for my parents home and the other Northstar window installer does that as part of the install. It's a small thing but it's the small things that one often remembers.

The entire project was done very professionally. From the sales representative giving the quote, to the person making the final measurements. Installation was on time and everything that was discussed pre-installation was done exactly during installation. The installation was done over 2.5 days as promised. Drop sheets were used all the time and each window was started and installed before moving to the next window. The job was very neat and precise and was above my expectation. Sandy, Nick and Mike was an oustanding team. The product quality and the finishes to each window and the patio door was excellent and very neat in appearence.

Windows were very good quality. The staff at Brock did a great job through the whole process. The installer, Donny, showed up on time and finished the job very quickly and professionally.

I just had all my windows replaced in our house. Nick and his crew completed the entire job in less than 2 days( as previously discussed). They were very neat and tidy and kept to their word about what would happen. After completion of the job, Nick met with me and reviewed all the warranties, job reviews and contact information if we experienced any future problems.We have noticed a significant change in hearing outside noise and we have been able to turn down our thermostat to heat the house. A job well done and would definitely refer Brock to family and friends.

I was very impressed with the professional, friendly service that Brock provided. They were punctual, efficient and left the areas they worked in cleaner than when they arrived. I would definitely use Brock again and recommend their services to others.
