Great support from salesperson, office workers and installers. All were polite and helpful. Price was fair, quality of product excellent, all the debris was cleaned up, product was demonstrated and workers showed up at time promised. The only drawback was the time it took from first contact to install - well over six weeks. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend.

Brock was very professional in their quoting, order processing, installation and follow up for the new doors and windows they installed for me. We are very happy with the product quality, workmanship and appearance and recommend Brock to anyone considering such products for thier home.

I am very happy with my new windows from Brock. They are Northstar Double Hung which are great for cleaning the outside without going outside or climbing ladders to get to the second floor windows. Bill came into my home & was very pleasant & professional. He quoted me on my whole house (13 windows) & the price was better than I had gotten from a couple of other suppliers & on par with one other. I choose Brock because I liked Bills attitude & he didn't bore me with the long history of the company & the owners financial status. Also, he didn't put down other manufacturers (as 1 guy who came in to quote me did) - All I wanted were good windows, with good warranty & reasonable prices. Brock Delivered That. I gave Bill my deposit & was assured that I didn't have to pay the balance until I was completely satisfied with my windows. When the windows were manufactured 8 weeks later, the installation was booked. The installation took 2 days Richard & Patrick arrived on schedule & worked very hard those 2 days. (It was extremely cold outside) One section of the outside caulking was quite messy, but, I showed it to Patrick who did that section & he fixed it before they left on the second day. I wasn't too impressed with the cosmetics of the work as I noticed there were about 5 windows where Patrick had ripped the drywall quite a lot while removing the old windows so that all has to be filled & repainted and the caulking on the inside trim had to be touched up before I painted that. Also, there was quite a mess of drywall bits, insulation & wood pieces left on my lower roof from the windows above being removed. I had to climb up & sweep the mess off before it snowed. That should have been done before they left. They took away my old windows so I didn't have to deal with getting rid of those. I really feel the difference in the temperature of my home and No More Draft from my windows!) I'm sure I will see a saving on my hydro bill. I love the windows & I appreciate Richard & Patrick working in the freezing temperatures to get these installed for me. But, as I said, the cosmetics left much to b desired. Gina

Replaced four windows using Brock Windows and very pleased with the service and product I received. Dorian was very helpful and didn`t pressure me. Install took place in a timely manner and the installers did an excellent job. I bought the triple pane windows and very happy with the results. My biggest concern with windows is during the winter, when condensation builds up on the interior side of the windows. Getting triple pane windows has all but eliminated this. Only negative I can think of is the caulking used on the windows smells quite a bit. Seeing as the windows were done in December it is difficult to air out the house with it being cold outside. A caulking with lower VOC`s would be better for the interior application.

Very happy with service from Brock Doors and Windows. Purchased four triple glazed replacement casement windows. Installation was quick, clean and professionally done. Would use again and recommend to others.

Mark was very helpful in deciding what was needed and most important necessary. His prompt responses to my queries was much appreciated. No hard sale just courteous service. George and Sam with 35 years experience installed with precision and did the aluminum cladding with no screws or nails, Claudette followed up with excellent patch work and clean up. Drop sheets used extensively making cleaning and vacuuming an easy task. Finished 18 windows and two patio doors in 3 days, Very satisfied and highly recommended.

I used Brock D&W twice this year. The installers did a great job, very professional and accomodating. They will listen and want the customer to be satisfied with the work before they leave. Not as satisfied with their sales rep (a little patronizing and late to respond).

I found the staff at Brock to be very professional and courteous (sales, installation and service). The Installers (particularly Mark) were great and did a thorough and very professional job. I reported a defect in one window a day after installation and it was replaced by a newly manufactured one within about three weeks by the manufacturer, North Star Windows and Doors, no questions asked. Those folks did a great job as well. All in all, an excellent installation by Brock and the only reason the rating I give is 8 out of 10 is because the quality control on the window manufacture and delivery could have been better.

Recommended by our condo association and from neighbours who had used them. We were very happy with the price, promptness and professionalism of both the sales staff and the installers. I highly recommend them! The only thing we weren't 100% happy with was the patio door lock but a stick in the door took our worries away.
