    FRONT DOOR PURCHASE AND INSTALL

    ***READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE HIRING BROCK- IT WILL SAVE YOU $$$ AND TIME.*** On June 25th, 2020, I signed a contract with Brock for the purchase of a door and installation totaling $8,600.00. I also gave deposit. The contract clearly states- allow 8-16 weeks for delivery. I also confirmed with the sale agent if there was work issues and/or work stoppages at Brock relating to COVID-19, which he confirmed, "No". I was advised that someone from Brock would attend my address in about week to record the final measurement(s). No one every called and/or attended my address. Three weeks later, I received a call from the sale agent asking me if I had changed phone number because Brock has been trying to call me for about 2 weeks???? Apparently, I did not change my number because I was talking him?? At first, I thought that was pretty incompetent. Appeared to be stalling tactic. Anyways, I am now into the 18th week. I have not had any communication with Brock. Yesterday, I left voice message- never received a call. This morning I left voice message- never received a call. I proceeded to call the phone line at Brock that takes quotes to get someone on the line. The representative tried to contact my project manager without success. She advised me that she could not find her?? She then said she would put me through to the Operations Manager. But, surprise, surprise he did not answer his phone, which went to his voice mail. I have not received a call from him!!! I did receive information from an employee at Brock later today that Brock is an absolute train wreck and gong show wrapped up in one since being taken over by an American company last year. Their service standard are horrible and this is coming from an employee at the company. They are not even close to the full staffing levels that they should be at, but yet, they "continue to fill and/or take orders" that can not be fulfilled??? I am 100% done with this company. I am consulting with a law firm this week and taking Brock to court to obtain my deposit. Do yourself a favor- look somewhere else for door or window purchases. ***

    Entry Door

    We are extremely happy with the purchase and installation of our front door from Brock Windows and Doors. From our initial quote/consultations to showroom tour to the actual installation/completion of the project we were more than satisfied with the communication, professionalism and support by all staff. On the day of installation the installers were on time, fast, efficient and helpful with the explanation and demonstration of our hardware. No issues with our product and a fast and clean installation. Very happy to have chosen Brock Windows and Doors for our project.

    previous patio door

    We had Brock install a patio door in 2004. The seal has gone and the glass has become cloudy. I called Brock for an estimate on two other windows and another patio door, but wanted to know if they would honour a warranty on the cloudy patio door before proceeding with the other work. I got the EXPENSIVE quote on the other three windows (from an extremely nice sales rep) but am still waiting for a call from the service department to tell me yes or no on the cloudy warrantied patio door. I have called FOUR times and left message. I called last Friday and was promised a call the next day, Saturday, but I'm still waiting, and waiting and waiting, today is Tuesday, and I have heard nothing.

We can advise that if your patio door is in fact a North Star product, that the seal failure you've noted would be covered under a 20 year warranty, not inclusive of required labour for replacement.     New windows and doors

    We still had the original doors and windows of our house which were builder quality (terrible). We had Bill from Brock come over to give us an estimate and were offered multiple suggestions for different windows in different rooms of the house. Bill was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We then booked an appointment at the showroom where we could try out the windows and examine all of the products we were looking to buy. Because of the promotions being offered and discounts applied due to the volume of work, Brock’s prices were similar to those of other companies we had spoken to. The men who came in to take the measurements and the crew that installed the windows followed the company’s and province’s protocols and everyone was professional and courteous. One of the screens had a tiny tear in it and it was replaced within two weeks of installation. Brock maintained contact with us throughout the process about when things would be ready. We had a very good experience.

    Old school workmanship

    Totally impressed with Shane, John & Nick, took extreme pains to ensure everything was perfect. As a tradesman, l was so glad to see guys going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The product speaks for itself, hard to believe the difference in traffic noise, volume on the TV is down 10. I will recommend Brock to everyone l know, extremely happy

    Window and patio door replacement

    This is the second time I have called Brock to replace windows in my home, this time a living room window and patio door. They are quick to respond, reasonably priced, and very professional. Stefan and Tyler did an amazing job on the install (right on time, very efficient, zero mess or disruption, beautiful work.) So happy with the new windows, the space looks amazing. Thank you!!!

    Patio Doors

    From the salesman (Justin) to our final product, we are extremely pleased. We had 5 patio doors replaced, one being the full width of our family room. We selected an exterior colour of brown. Wow, what a difference, they look magnificent.

    ENTRY DOOR REPLACED

    Stefan and Tyler both from Brock Windows Brampton did a very excellent job in replacing our front entry door. Solid work, very clean and professionally done. Both of them were very knowledgeable.     Rosedale executive front door

    We absolutely love our new front door! Our sales associate, Rick was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, prompt to respond and resolve concerns and respectful during the pandemic. Installation was performed quickly by father and son in a friendly, professional manner with respect to our home. We highly recommend Brock and will call them for any future window/door requirements.

    windows

    From the sales associate to the installers I was pleased with their level of workmanship. They were respectful of my property and the physical distancing that was required because of Covid. I would recommend them to anyone.
