    Brock - Front door

    From the excellent service and sharing of expertise in the showroom, to install, we were extremely satisfied with Brock Door & Windows. Every single person we dealt with was fantastic. We feel we received very good value for our new front door. We are thrilled with the final product. This was the first time we had dealt with this company and would certainly use them again.

    New Patio Door

    Brock Doors & Windows were wonderful from 1st contact. Salesman Rob was terrific, after a great price for the door was given he advised us that another installation fellow would come and take precise measurements in order there would be no mistakes! Our installation was completed by "Shane" who was professional from start to finish, did a great job, in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. We are thrilled with the look of our door and the great on time service given to us by Brock Innisfil.

    Window and door replacement

    Great sales and service. Really happy with the look and quality of our new windows and doors. Installing was very quick and easy. Installers were very nice and professional. Highly recommend

    Very Happy Window Customer

    We are extremely happy with Brock for a number of reasons. Their price was very competitive and we were able to earn lots of points by putting the cost of the windows on a credit card. Kevin, our sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the perfect windows to match our budget. Additionally, installation was smooth and timely.

    Excellent service and quality!

    The folks from Brock were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for more personable, hard working installers. They were efficient, worked quickly and went the extra mile. They followed all Covid protocols to ease any worries. Our salesman was also very helpful and attentive. The paperwork was easy to complete. they ensured that the products we wanted were exactly what we got. They walked us through all the pros and cons before our final decision. The windows look excellent. We would recommend them to everyone.

    sliding doors

    I arranged for Steve to come by and give me a quote for sliding doors. He arrived promptly and gave me a concise break down of the price and product. I was very impressed with his professionalism. The installation was excellent. The installers were pleasant and professional. The doors were installed in less than two hours and the clean up was great. Great job.

    Replaced Windows

    This is the 3rd job I have had Brock do for us - We replaced a patio door, a bathroom window and most recently our bedroom windows. Brock has been great to deal with and the new windows look great. Workers have all been friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone that needed new windows!

    Windows and doors

    Windows installed 11 months ago, very happy with the work at first. Problems started this spring, screen door sticking and hard to slide...trying to get follow up service since March. Many many phone calls/ emails and visits to the showroom on McGauen gave very friendly service and appolegies and there it ends. Not one word from Brook , I wonder what they ment by " Life time warranty"? Dieter Herdes. Ps Corners on brown mouldings shrinking back and showing white vinyl underneath.

    New windows

    We needed to replace to windows. From Chris, the salesman to the service technicians, we found the all the staff to be polite, courteous and honest. the workmanship is excellent as is the product.

    Very pleased with our new windows!

    We researched a lot of window companies and decided on Brock Windows! the entire process from start to finish went so smoothly! installation was great and we are thrilled with how fantastic they look, we would highly recommend Brock to anyone!
