This company is in a league of its own! Nothing but good things to say about their price, installation, knowledge and service. This company sets the bar and are an excellent company to do business with if you are considering replacing your windows and doors. I wish all companies would service their customers like Brock Windows/Doors Inc.

Brock doors &windows inc. is a very good company to deal with.We needed to replace 14 windows in our house and we were happy to be served by good guys from Brock company.They worked quickly,neatly and professionally regardless any difficulties associated with the removal of old windows.They were careful about any damages on floor,covered it before start and cleaned up after finish.Based on our previous experience we were skeptical about the result.But our new windows look amazing!We are totally satisfied and we will recommend this company to out friends.Thanks to Sokol for such a great job!

Excellent North Star windows & doors were custom measured and installed in a highly professional manner by Brock Windows & Doors. Overall very good value and very pleased with end result.

Sales person was extremely knowledgable and was flexible to work with your budget. Installation was on time and date as discussed, I would suggest better tarps to protect homeowners hardwood floors and proper vacuums to clean up debris afterwards by the installers !also they scratched my tub

Superb operation from the sales to installation. Michael sized up the windows first, then said the windows would be available in a few weeks and exactly as promised we got a call from Michael to install them. The windows were from Northstar and the fact they were Canadian impressed us because who knows Canadian summers and winters better than Canadians? Not only that we were given triple pane as they were on a special deal. The installation was so professional and Michael was probably the best ambassador anyone could hire and have doing the installation. Really nice fellow and you could tell how proud he was in his work and showed us everything that we needed to know about them. We will definitely buy from the same source again for our next purchase of windows. Great Company.

From the moment I dealt with Mark Hill in sales to the installation everything was seamless. I would recommend Brock Doors and Windows to anyone in the market for new windows...they were wonderful to deal with.

Bill Kovacs was the salesperson that came to my door. He answered all my questions except one. Bill immediately got on his phoned and found the answer to my question. The installers arrived on time and within 2 hours had the windows installed. They cleaned up very nicely as well. Job well done from both sides!!

Thirteen years ago, we changed our windows and hired a company that went out of business. For 13 years, we remained unhappy looking at the poor workmanship and quality if those windows. When the window seals broke, we decided to call Terry at Brock. He helped us with replacing other windows at our home about 7 years ago. Brock did a great job then and we decided to go back with them. We got 3 other quotes and while Brock's price was the highest, we were not going to make the same mistake we did 13 years ago. The windows we changed were specialty shaped. Brock did an excellent job measuring the openings. We also got triple pane glass which keeps our rooms more quiet, we asked Brock to send us one of their better installers. John and his wife came over and took great care installing our very challenging, large windows. John even reinforced our bay window without damaging any drywall. Our other estimators told us that we would have to hire a drywaller to repair the ceiling near our bay window if we wanted a brick-to-brick installation. Thank you Brock, Terry, and John the installer for making our home front more aesthetically pleasing. Our 13 year pain is gone!

After getting quotes from other companies, we chose Brock based on reputation, quality of product, and pricing. The installer that worked on our home did a great job. He made the necessary adjustments ensuring a secure fit, and cleanedup the work areas well.

Brock is using great products, North Star. But it is down to the final quality of the installation. We were lucky to have a very good installer, one mid range installer, and one which we had to call Brock a few times to get his job fixed. We are overall happy with the product, the customer service, but all is down to the installer shows up at your house. On the price, they are not the most affordable, but offering good products.
