Our installation was on schedule, done very well, and everything cleaned up nicely. The head installer was very professional and helpful in resolving issues that arose once they got to the job site. Installation on a home that's over 100 years old is not easy, so I'm very impressed with the quality of the work in less than ideal circumstances. The results are beautiful.

This is a company that represents quality and service...hands down!! From the online request followed by an immediate call to set up an appointment, to the measurements taken a week later and to a perfect perfect install with superb workmanship and clean up!! No other company came close and we were extremely happy. We replaced a sliding door and a side door, all windows into tilt sliders and a crappy bedroom window into a 33-33-33 split casement. all triple pane and all gorgeous!! thanks Sandy and Mark! great job

Over the past 5 years we have had Brock assist us with serveral home renovation projects which included interior (door to garage) and exterior windows and doors. The sales rep was friendly and very experienced, he has been with the company for many years. We were fortunate to have the same installer for each of our projects. He was thorough, experienced and a very neat worker. We will use Brock for any of our future projects and recommend them highly.

Great work. Fast, reliable, and very clean. Very easy to get in touch with and very good customer service. Excellent job. We had all of our upstairs windows replaced. They explained the difference in window types and the pros and cons of each. All members of the work team were skillful and knowledgable.

My wife wanted to install something to allow the fresh air to circulate throughout the house. We looked into various options and had difficulty deciding what was best for us. After consulting with a few companies and looking at options, we settled with Brock Doors and Windows based on the meeting we had with the sales rep, the positive reviews on homestars.com, looking at the storm door in their showroom and the fact they had a good rating on the BBB. The production of the storm doors (single in front and double doors in back) was requested and the installer came over to ensure the measurements were accurate. Afterwards, we waited approximately 5 weeks for the doors to be produced. When the doors were ready to be installed, we set up a date for the doors to be installed. They were installed without incident and they look great. My wife loves the fact she we can circulate the air while keeping the bugs and pests outside. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install doors or windows. Everything from the initial appointment to the final installation was done in a professional manner.

Contacted Brock for a small installation to complete a kitchen renovation. Agreed to the quote on April 9th. Installation did not occur until June 11th! Ordered an expensive door, with integrated blinds and multi-point locks for added security. Upon installation, the installers complained that the door that was delivered was 2 inches wider than the opening!! They needed to cut out a wider opening in order to fit. Here are the problems: The door latches are now only secured to the door jam frame! This is the 1/2 inch inside wood frame. The bolts do not extend and further. The 2x6 stud was not replaced. The door is out of true, such that the lower latch of the multi-point lock does not catch. You have to push the bottom of the door with your foot in order to latch it. The outside finish around the brick opening is now some hollow plastic cap! I can't re-install the screen door as this cap is not structurally solid enough to support any hinge mounts. That, and more. Just a very un-professional installation. It would appear as if this was the first attempt at a multi-pint lock door install. The worst part is the customer service. I have called and emailed my concerns to the company, hoping that they would provide some sort of resolution. To date - NO RESPONSE AT ALL! Phil Minuk - Sales Rep. Came into my home, made the sale. - NEVER heard from him again. Dan - was supposed to do the exterior measurements. I don't know what happened. Jim Wier - Customer service - No response or follow-up from call and email. Sorry guys. You failed bigtime on this one. I can appreciate that mistakes get made, but it's how you fix those errors that define the level of service. No response? - Not acceptable.

We were very satisfied with Brock from the initial consultation right through to installation. Very honest and pressure- free consultation ensured that our needs were the top priority. Our follow up questions were answered quickly. The installation was top notch and was even done ahead of schedule. The North Star windows are beautiful and function flawlessly. Will definitely consider for future projects!

I had a very positive experience with Brock Windows. Salesman Bill was extremely knowledgeable and direct. The installers were friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job on my three new windows. I was very pleased with the end result and my house is a lot quieter and less drafty!
