During the course of our home windows supply and installation project by Brock, we found the salesman Terry very experienced and knowledgeable, the windows installer Eric of very high quality, hard working and punctual. The installation work was completed in time with the work area left in a clean and tidy condition. We are very satisfied with the work by Brock and will recommend Brock to our friends and neighbours. Went into their Scarborough showroom with a general idea of what we wanted. The salesman offered a few suggestions and we were sold within 10 minutes. The installer suffered through a dizzily day, but he didn't rush in spite of the conditions. The work was done well and the results seem fine some 6 weeks later.

I have dealt with Brock for years.Many windows and doors done in my house and now my daughters. On time from sales rep Pat with no pressure.Great installation crew (Brian & Derek).They take great care in their work and clean up. I don't need to shop around I just call Brock.

We recently had 7 windows installed in our home. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable in helping us decide on our product. After an initial glitch (we had to change from double hung to casement windows as we were told they could not put mullions on the double hung; this also set the instal time back by a few weeks), the windows were installed and the installer did an excellent job. Would use them again

I have just had replacement windows and doors installed by Brock Doors. We were visited by Mr.James one of the company directors who measured up and priced us for the project, the good thing being it was not a list price less a discount, just a straight price. He also explained the different glazing options, the secureness of the windows and doors ( which come as standard )and the works involved. We were pleasantly surprised at the price ( having had two visits form Everest )and agreed with Mr.Bone to go ahead with the job. We had a site measure within a couple of days and installation a couple of weeks later. The installation team turned up at 8.00am on the agreed date and the removal and installation started, all the old windows and debris was removed form the job, everything was left neat and tidy and the installers were couteous and professional. It took three days for the work to be done ( which we were informed of ) and the workmanship and the quality is second to none. I would have no problem in my recommendation of Weatherproof Windows and would willingly show the workmanship to any potential customer.

Brock did a good job with our front door. What a facelift it gave our house & the price was right. They even followed up after to ensure we were happy with the work.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to both Derek and Brian who installed my windows. They arrived promptly within the time frame specified, respectfully removed their shoes each time they came inside, covered the floors and carpet and thoroughly cleaned up both the inside and outside areas of my home when they were finished. They were very efficient and patiently answered any questions I had. Having experienced poor workmanship before, I truly appreciate their commendable work ethic that is unfortunately lacking in so many today. Brock is lucky to have you both! Thank you to Bill Kovacs who did a fabulous job convincing me that I would be extremely happy with my new windows. You were right! Brock's service was perfect. The sales guy was informative, direct and pleasant to deal with. The installers measured the 3 windows and about a week later they installed and cleaned up. They also fixed the frame of a problematic window at no extra cost. It's never this easy - but it was.

When deciding to replace our builders grade sliding patio door on our 5 year old home, I did a lot of online research and visited a few window retailers. We chose Brock due to the friendly and knowledgeable service we received from Michael (Mike) at the McCowan Road store in Scarborough. The price was great and they had a lot of models on display. We waited a few weeks for the door to be built and it arrived at Brock on the day they had promised. The 2 workers came on time, got to work immediately, were very friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I had a few complaints though. The installers did not ask if we were planning to relocate the alarm sensor, since the new door opens on the opposite side. So I now have to remove the lower trim, remove the sensor and fish it up the other side. It seems as though they applied caulking over the builder's caulking, which I'm not too impressed with. Finally, one guy left chewing gum on my interlock patio which I later stepped on. Besides this, we are pleased with the results and think the price, product, customer service, and prompt installation outweigh these negatives. We will definitely use Brock Doors and Windows again.
