Brock windows did an excellent job replacing all the windows our home. We chose them because of their NorthStar windows and reviews of their quality installs. The Northstar windows looked better and seemed to be more solid in construction than any of the other windows we looked at. The only issue we had was with the salesperson. Initially we just wanted to get a "feel" for the cost and get estimates and we told that to the sales guy when he came in January (their slow time). Yet we never got the quote that the sales person was supposed to send us. When we finally decided to go ahead a couple months later and called them again, we got the same sales guy. He couldn't find any info on us or his quote from his previous visit. If it wasn't for the good reviews, we would have not called them back. The other issue is that we had 2 AC units in the windows and I specifically mentioned them to the salesperson that I could not move them (I am small and cannot lift a 12000BTU AC on my own). He assured me they would take care of it. Apparently he was supposed to note it on the order receipt with all the other details. This is was not done and installers would not touch it until they got the go ahead from the sales guy. Brock was going to charge extra to have them move and I had to call and argue with them before they gave the go ahead without charging extra. On the flip side, the installers were amazing. They did an excellent job. They were fast and clean and their workmanship was immaculate. I did my research on what should be done when installing windows and they did things correctly and worked quite fast. They also did an excellent cleanup afterwards. There were a couple issues with some bent window screens but they came back and replaced them without fuss. The installers are the only reason this review is a 9 and I gladly overlook any issues with sales. And when it comes to windows, the install is as important as the window itself. I would definitely consider Brock again in the future but I would make sure anything discussed is put down in writing when making any order and before signing anything.

9 Windows were replaced in my home two days before Christmas. I initially decided to go with Brock Windows because of the quality of their windows, window type selection (awnings vs bay windows vs casement etc) and colour availability. I would recommend Brock because of the quality installation that they followed through with. Skilled and polite staff, worked quickly, kept the area inside and out clean and made adjustments as we recommended along the way. Fantastic job all around. Very pleased with finished product.

From ordering the window's to the measuring and installing it was a great experience!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The installer did a great job and cleaned up everything when he was finished. When we order the rest of our window's we will call Brock Windows for sure. Elaine

Last September, Brock replaced all the windows in my house. The service is excellent and the price is reasonable. I am satisfied with the high quality of the windows and installation work Brock provided . The salesperson, Terry Zatylny, is very informative and patient. He helped us with the selection of right products by providing comprehensive quality information. The windows were installed by Amry and his co-worker. They did a great job. They were polite and professional. Amry and his co-worker cleaned the area immediately as soon as the work had been done. The new windows look beautiful. Excellent Service! I am satisfied with the installation of one patio door and dual pane windows. The tarps were laid out properly and cleaned the floor after installation. Prior to starting the work, two guys came to my house and carefully observed the room for the windows and door installation. Impressingly, they were very friendly and pleasant. I had forgotten to tell them that the door required a keyed lock and I called them. No issues! They came the next day and installed. I am pleased with Brock Doors and Windows’s service! I would highly recommend them for any window and door installation.

I was impressed by Brock immediately.Their advertisement in the flyer was first drew me to them - the numerous awards they have received for their work and products,gave me the confidence to contact them. The initial presentation was first class - the sales rep that came to my house was extremly well prepared,very informative and professional. He answered all my questions and brought along many samples for me to look at.Once I decidet to hire them ,the excellent service continued. The crew came in ,did the work quickly and efficiently, and without leaving a mess. The final result was beautiful - I love my new windows and do not hesitate to recommend Brock. We were contacted by the installer to arrange for the measurements. There was a communication error and for some reason we went a week without hearing from the installer, we believe in error

Overall very good experience. Informed and helpful staff in office. Detailed cost breakdown by sales rep. Excellent installation team (husband & wife). Final product looks good and works well. North Star product is good value for the money. Many home owners have used it in our neighbourhood.

The next day the installers were there measuring and taking notes. The subsequent installation went flawlessly. The two installers who arrived were professional, fast, tidy and curteous. They finished the job on time and the windows look great. Based on our experience I would highly recommend you consider Brock for your window and door needed.
