First of all I want to say that I did a lot of research on my own and it really does pay off. I had quotes from smaller companies which were quoting us roughly 5 grand less than Brock's price but I found that the window industry is all about the rating any company with higher ratings were in this price range while some which I wont name went as high as 15 grand. Brock was friendly, there installers were friendly and great guys would highly recommend them to anyone. We had to add 2 more windows to the job and the sales gave us the same discount and promotions a month later, great service!

we had 9 windows installed in the sun room the installers did a excellent job and cleaned up on completion the sales person was very courteous and explained the various options we had several days to make a decision

I called many window companies to see if they would be able to help me with changing one window and Brock Doors and Windows was the only company that was willing to change one window for a reasonable price. As much as I wanted to change all windows in my house, this was not feasible. Brock Windows and doors did a terrific job and I would highly recommend them. Mirko (the installer) was fantastic, came out on Canada's Day to help me put up the window as I needed it up as soon as possible to finish some other jobs I had around the exterior of the house. Would definitely recommend Brock Doors and Windows - every one on the team is lovely!

I would recommend Brock Windows & Doors as they did a great job at installing my three windows. The sales rep was courteous, prompt and professional. I had three windows installed. A awning (opens) and two picture windows (don't open) and it all looks great.

Very professional, friendly. Job was completed on time. All in all, very good! Would hire them again for sure! Prices are good and quality is excellent. Clean up was also very good.

Sale Rep Sandy is a nice person to deal with. The quality of new windows and doors are very good. The whole process went through smoothly. They did their job even the weather was extremely hot.

Stay away from Brock. I spent over 5000 dollar on an expensive door, which Brock messed up the color on the trim. They promised to call me back for a resolution, instead, they simply deposited the check and disappeared. I have called them several times without any response. They only take your money and provide no customer care. Stay away from them or you will regret like me.

My new windows look fantastic and, most importantly, they are so much more soundproof. The salesman was very efficient and the installer was ver nice and got the job done quickly and left no mess. I will use them again.

We originally had Brock do our homes windows & doors 15 years ago - All windows were replaced with North Star Windows - but the were 2 windows we didn't do at the time. Well while we were in the middle of our renovations to our kitchen the seal on the window went - which meant that on top of everything else we now needed a new window too We called Brock & had someone come out to see us & we really didn't want to wait to long & we really wanted another North Star window - our other windows still look & operate like new - he couldn't promise a specific date but did say he would make note...well 2 days later they measured & 3 weeks later my window was being put in it's perfect they did an amazing job, from start to finish - they were great & we do share our experience & many of our friends & neighbors have used them & are totally happy that they went with them - they are not the cheapest - but the workmanship & product quality is second to none

This is the third job I have had Brock Windows do. Once they do the initial measuring, they follow up with a second visit to ensure it is correct. They show up for work on time and the place is clean when they are done.
