Front door replaced in a very professional manner. The technician took his time to make sure everything was done right. Very friendly and cleaned up after he was finished. Very satisfied with the new door, it looks great. I will use Brock again and would highly recommend them.

The Salesman really impressed me; he came to the house, he took his own measurements, he brought actual samples (the only one to do so!) and explained things very clearly. Unfortunately, he passed away before we'd made our decision. We were impressed by his replacement, who said they'd worked together for a long time and that he was taking the commission with the intention of sharing it with the first man's widow. Everything went smoothly from then on; the workers who actually replaced the windows did so much more quickly than I would have believed and left very little mess. They did a good job of cleaning up behind themselves and caused no damage, even though some of the spaces were a little awkward. The windows have been great and we get much better airflow and light on the first floor than we did before. I love my awning-style kitchen window that lets in air but not rain.

Recently we were having our deck installed for our backyard for our new house. So i thought it be a good time to get a "nicer" door installed in the back. they did a great job and worked out great with the other companies working in the back as well. I definately recommend all these companies i've dealt with. And with Homestars i am assured that i have chosen the right company. Great Work Brock!

We were doing some house maintenance/upgrading work over the summer and decided to change one window which was never replaced since the house was built some twenty years ago and through which a cold draft was felt during the winter months. We checked the weekly flyers in trying to decide which company we should do business with. We also noticed our neighbours had some very attractive windows and doors installed - so we simply asked thme which company their installation. We were referred to Brock. After calling Brock followed by a visit from the sales rep, we decided to go with Brock and we are quite happy with our decision. We eventually decided to change an additional four (4) windows. The installers made an appointment to measure the windows and after a few weeks, our windows were ready for installation. The installation proceeded quite smoothly and was done in a very professional manner. We are quite happy with our new windows and have referred Brock to our friends and relatives. Thank you Brock for a job well done!

Good, solid windows at a competitive price. Excellent service from Walter. Promised delivery and were on time and kept to the schedule. No soooner were the windows installed that we received a few compliments! Very happy with Brock`s work and would certainly recommend them to friends.

I was very satisfied with the customer service that I was given by the two young gentlemen who came to replace my windows. They were very friendly. The before and after results were great. I could finally see through my windows without the hazy/smoky view my old windows used to give me. I think it was worth every penny as these windows look like they will give me a good run for the next years to come.

Very pleased with products, price, and the install crew. They were timely,efficient,and professional. Only drawback was the salesman who didn't follow up on any of his promises. Would recommend to my friends.

I had all the windows in my house replaced in 2009. Brock windows did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the results. However, one of the windows has been leaking badly for some time. At first I thought I had been leaving the window open by accident, so I didn't call the company to repair it. This past week, I made sure the windows were closed during all the rainfall, and I discovered significant leaks all around the frame. The paint on the wall is even peeling because of the water. I called Brock two days ago to get something done, and no one has called me back. I am very disappointed with the delay and I wonder how much I'm going to have to hassle them to get this fixed. It doesn't seem like they stand behind their product once they got the job done. **UPDATE** Since posting this I was contacted several times by Brock and have received satisfactory feed back. Although I was disappointed by the response time, it appears the problem is not in the windows but in the roof. My rating on the quality of workmanship remains the same - it was great - but I wish they had responded sooner.

Hired Brock Windows based on Homestars reviews. The price was competitive and installation schedule very accommodating. In general, satisfied with quality of windows we purchased - much better than the older ones of course. Had positive experience with Sales and Customer Service teams. Experience with installers were different - left unfinished exterior caulking on 2 out of 3 windows, remnants of broken glass (from old windows) were not cleaned properly from front window area / walkway, 1 personal property taken (in error - and was returned 1.5 wks later following call to Customer Service team). They came back to finish the caulking job, albeit with hesitation, and left without advising us to inspect the work. Our experience with Head Office team was much more positive, not sure if installers are sub-contracted.

This is our second project with Brock, as they outfitted our last house with new windows. This time we picked NorthStar windowss offering & had custom leaded glass installed & the work is phenomenal. Our neighbors and random strangers have asked how we got these windows done as they look original to our 1930s home. The Brock team was effecient, great to partner with & managed our expectations & over delivered. We will definitely use them for any future project (and our neighbors have started using them too!)
