Last winter I decided to get my windows replaced. I checked Homestars and selected a few of their high rated contractors to consider. After speaking to all of them I decided on Brock because they had a high Homestars rating and they had a very good product. The 2 installers showed up on time and completed the installation of 8 windows and a patio door in 1 day. On completion, they cleaned up all the mess. A few days later I noticed a few locations where the caulking needed repair. A few weeks later, after the caulking had cured, the installers returned to complete these touch-ups.

This is the third time we have used Brock. We are very satisfied with their products and they settled one small warranty problem promptly. We would certainly use them again.

The Brock Doors and Windows Representative (Brian) who came to measure the door, etc., was extremely helpful with the type and design of the door I could go with. Am I glad I went with his idea!! Every person that walks through this door has a compliment on how it matches the home. After the installation, I called service for a tiny weeny "dot" that I thought was a problem. Excellent service from the Service Manager himself, phoned me the same day, we booked an appointment and it was fixed within minutes. On the whole an impeccable job. I would recommend Brock Doors and Windows any time. In fact, in the past I have had windows replaced by Brock and because I have had excellent, superb service from Brian, I decided to use them for replacing the front door of the house.

I first heard about Brock Doors and Windows from this site, they have the highest reviews and rating, so I decided to give them a call. I only needed to replace two windows with cracked glass. They were pleasant to deal with considering I only need to replace two piece of glasses. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for new windows. I will call them when the rest of my windows need replacing.

I replaced 12 windows and 2 doors with brock. The quality of the products seem great, and the installation was also great. I would have given them a 10/10, except that the service call took a bit long to come through to resolve the minor issues with the installation. In the end, all issues were resolved, and I'm enjoying my new windows and doors.

Had most of the windows replaced in our home by Brock, they did an excellent job. Very professional and thorough. Best part of dealing with Brock was Kevin the sales rep who was amazing and very easy going. Helped us immensely when needed. Only wished I knew the window ledge was too narrow for installing california shutters.

Excellent quality, service and workmanship. Would highly recommend this company to others. Salesman and workman are detailed in making sure you get the best product for your needs. Clean up after installation was A plus.

I have used Brock for windows and have also referred Brock to others over the years. Their consistant balance of great service, quality and price is why I have always and continue to be very impressed with them. Most recently I dealt with Pat as the Brock saleman in Toronto. As in the past the reps know their stuff and have plenty of experience. From start to finish the service and end product was fantastic, and priced extremely competively for what you get. I'm always surprised when others have not heard of them. This latest patio sliding doors installation was for a multi-unit residential rental building. I'm going to call them back to price windows as well. I'm confidentI'll use them again.

Brock customer service is excellent. Brian, our salesman was brilliant making sure that we got the best products and installers, which we did. A month later, we needed to fix the sliding door mechanism, they showed up on time and fixed it at no extra cost. They are available when you need them. Thanks Brian and Brock
