When looking for a window replacment company brock windows definetely stood out as a top choice. with over 350 reviews it was easy to see that quality work was performed on each home.Northstar windows are a great choice for windows and Brock can certainly do the install to our liking.

Recently, we used Brock to change all our windows in the house. We were very pleased with thier service. They came on time in the morning, did a clean and well done job, and they were also very polite and had great costumer service. We were very pleased with thier work. Thank you.

Having to replace so many original windows, wanted to really make the right decision on this huge job. Did tons of research on windows, installers, and everything else related. Finally settled on the NorthStar windows, visited the showroom and found exactly what we wanted. Worked with Bruce and after many quotes, settled on Brock. A competitor quoted us over 10K more for the exact same job, same windows, etc, but we caught Brock's 40% off sale. Amry and his team did the entire install in 3 days flat. Amazing job these guys did. LOVE the windows. They were so accommodating in every way. We even wanted a custom stained glass window inserted as the middle pane in an octagon shaped window and they connected us w/the company who designed it exactly as we drew up and they delivered EXACTLY what was promised. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

Kevin was the rep we dealt with who is very knowledgeable about doors & windows. Rob was the guy who did them with 2 assistants. they were very good at the job, were in and out in 2 days and we didn't even know they were there. Quality of the windows was awesome. they have lifetime warranty on them or something like dog's years

The price they offered may not be the cheapest. However, I get what I paid for. The windows quality is top notch. The salesman is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about windows and discuss our needs. The back office made a mistake on one of the windows. They did offer a discount to compensate but it wasn't much.

Brock Doors and Windows was very quick to respond to our quote request and made an on site visit, even though it wasn't a large job. They recommended a cost effective but high quality window and the workmanship was of the highest quality.

We are very happy with the service and quality of workmanship provided by Brock Doors and Windows. About 8 years ago we hired Brock to replace our entire set of windows on the second floor of our house. When I called to get an estimate for the current job, the bathroom window, the sales person I spoke with had all of our personal and credit information still on file. He remembered completing the upstairs windows, and so we were able to take care of all the paperwork by email and over the phone. We got new windows. We were both very satisfied with the work that was done. They called and said they were going to come on a certain day to do the windows but that day wasn't good for us so they made an effort to come on a day that was good for us.
