The windows I ordered arrived within the time limit promised. The installer (Dan) installed all six window by himself and in one day . He was very friendly, fast and cleaned up when he was through. I am more than satisfied with the results, my old windows where orginal to the house which is more than 50 years old and the difference both in appreance and functionallaty is terrific. I am glad I called Brock.

Replaced sliding door and all windows. after 7 years the sliding door window was stained. I misunderstood the original warranty. Brock was understanding and replaced the door at cost with no charge for labor.

Around mid-March 2011, I had 11 windows, a patio door, bay window and front door replaced by Brock. Appreciated salesman Walter's approach, quickness in returning calls, and the time he spent answering questions. Never felt any pressure with him. Installer Amry was great -- incredible work ethic, very professional, and clearly shared information on what he was doing. The windows look great too! I'm very happy with the process, from the sales pitch to the finished product and would definitely recommend Brock.

We had 7 windows replaced (brick to brick) including a large picture window, vertical siding under 3 windows and over the garage, and capping of the garage door frame. Our sales rep, Bruce, was friendly and helpful with none of the sales pressure you hear so much about. Installers John and Beata skillfully had all the windows and inside trim done in one day, with the siding, capping and caulking done the day following. We were very impressed with their workmanship and everything was cleaned up inside and out. We are more than happy with the appearance and high quality of our North Star windows, and couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. If you are looking to replace your windows we heartily recommend Brock.

Because I had had almost all the windows replaced 5 years ago with Brock and was very satisfied, I chose them again to replace the last two windows . They were prompt coming for the estimate and the windows were replaced sooner than I had expected. The installer finished the work very quickly and neatly. I am very satisfied with this company.

I am very pleased with this Company from start to finish. All was done in a very professional manner from the Salesman Kevin to the installer John. I have had several other windows put into my home including my favorite,the Garden Doors into my Sunroom. I had one little problem with a window where the seal went in it, I called Ashley and it was taken care of immediately with a small installation fee. Our home had the original windows - 32 years - and a friend recommended Brock as they had windows and doors installed by them. I had 3 quotes including Brock and choose Brock as they were the least expensive. I am extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the excellent professionalism of the installer. He was very courteous, knew what he was doing and cleaned everything up to an immaculate condition. I, since have discovered 2 other friends who had Brock windows installed and they are also very satisfied. I would definetly recommend Brock to anyone wishing to have new windows and or doors installed.

Three guys came and changed the windows and doors of my house and I really apprecipate their efforts and work. They did a wonderful job in short period of time. In addition to their working qualities, they were also very kind, polite, on time and very organized indeed. They knew their work very well. I am very much pleased with the outcome. Place service call to Brock Window, within two days a sales representative came out to my home to measure up for a replacement patio door to be installed. The sale person was extraordinarily knowledgeable on the produce and installation process, and gave excellent information on the type of patio door that would be most suitable for our home. Without any interruptions to our personal schedule the Installation was completed within 3 week, they was no mess left in our home or surround premises. We are extremely satisfied with the professional service, and installation of the produce. Thank you Brock, job well done!!

I have nothing but the the highest praise for Brock Windows. Their windows and doors are amazing, and the service from price quotation to actual installation is absolutely impeccable. We were particularly impressed with the professional installation of John and Beata. They work extremely hard and were very careful in ensuing that all the windows and doors were put up properly without making a mess, and the final product was beyond our highest expectation.
