We are satisfied and very pleased with our windows/sliding patio doors. The guy who installed was very nice and cleaned up all the mess. I highly recommend Brock windows/doors to all my friends and neighbours.

I had a door replaced in the front of our home the price was very competitive. Installation went well and installer very professional with his work. Very happy with the door .

Brock did a great job! The previous owner's of our house made a lot of mistakes, and the door was just one of them. A lot of companies I called couldn't even do the door, as it was so custom (short). The sales rep was confident that they could make a door for us, with a window, and within our budget. We were thrilled. Due to the messed up way the previous owner's installed the door, it took the installer 12 hours to istall just the door, and a small window in the garage. He never complained, and even caulked a window that the previous owners did not caulk. I would highly recommend them!

I was very happy with the Brock Team. Sales staff where knowledgeable and helpful in choice of windows and doors. The installation crew where punctual, very professional in there installation. Would recomend Brock to anyone needing replacement windows and doors.

This is the second project Brock Doors & Windows Inc. have done for us. From the first visit. By the sales rep to the last visit by the installer we were extremely satisfied. Everv aspect of the project was carried out in a very professional manner. When the job was complete the area was thoroughly cleaned and the only thing left was a very satisfied customer & a Brest looking bay window.

We used Brock in 2007 to replace a handful of windows on our ~90 year old home. We were very happy with their work and had them back in 2011 to replace the rest of the home's windows. The sales agent was very helpful, providing advice and recommendations (without trying to "upsell"). The installation crew was friendly, efficient and quick. I have recommended Brock to otherd in the past and will continue to in the future. Prices are very reasonable and quality is excellent.

Brock Windows was a pleasure to work with from the first phone call. I called 3 companies for quotes (the top three Homestars rated window installers on this site). Brock was the first to get back to us. Pat the salesperson showed up on time, answered all our questions and was extremely knowledeable. Follow up visits and installation were always right on time, professional, and on budget. They did exactly what they said they would do. Of all the three companies, Brock's original quote , while very competitive, was the highest, but becauseof their professionalism in comparison to the others they won the job. They will do any window jobs I have moving forward.

Eric did an outstanding job! He definitely knows his stuff (in fact caught an potential problem with a window we had initially ordered that would not have worked with the shutters we have). Inside and out, our windows look fantastic and we didn't have to do a thing once he and David were done. I highly recommend Brock windows and ask for Eric if you can.

Started with a great showroom to select from. Sales representatives were polite, courteous and knew their job. They came to the house to measure up. Installer followed up and double checked measurements. All 6 windows installed with no issues and look great! Patio Door is beautiful and just what we asked for. Thank you Rob (our installer) you did a fantastic job.

Right from the salesman Sandy to the installer Ramone, Brock Windows is 1st Class. We had new Northstar Windows installed to replace our old single pane windows in our basement. Brock Windows and Doors had the best price of 3 quotes but that did not mean that the quality of the windows or installation was less superior. If anything, it far surpassed my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again.
