Service rep came in with a competitive quote for project (two living room windows). There were no hidden costs so final price was the same as the quote. Work was done fast and efficiently with the highest workmanship. Clean up of the area after work completed was very good. I plan on hiring again for future project, basement windows.

We called Brock to obtain a quote for a new patio door and to make repairs to an existing picture window. The gentleman who came to do the quote and measure for the door was most helpful and courteous. The installers and the repair technician were very proficient and did a great job - including cleaning up after themselves. I should add that the job was done in mid-December - not an easy time to open the house 'to the elements' to complete the work. It was done very quickly and all workmanship was very good. I would certainly recommend the firm to anyone needing windows and/or doors.

Brock Doors & Windows arrived the end of November to give us a quote for two large bedroom windows. We considered their price to be fair and comparable to other quotes we received. The sales rep Terry, showed us proof that Brock windows were of exceptional quality and offered us a few different options. Due to the Christmas rush, it took a few weeks to co-ordinate with the installer to have our windows measured. The installation was done the end of January by Amery and his assistant. They did an amazing job, they were neat, organized and showed respect by removing shoes and covering stairs with drop sheets. We love the windows and the rooms are definitely warmer. A job well done! We recently replaced all the windows in our home. We did our research, and had several quotes from different companies before we selected Brock because of their price and quality of windows they offered. The installer Mike came out to take the final measurements, and as soon as we met him we were so glad we selected Brock! Mike is a seasoned professional and he and his team did an amazing job. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, they were quick (although they didn't rush the job) and clean (a drop cloth under every window!) and went the extra mile for us. We felt totally at ease with them in our home, and totally confident in the job they did. I definitely would recommend Brock to anyone looking for beautiful high quality windows at a competitive price,and ask for Mike as your installer- you won't be disappointed! We love our new windows!!!

Brock's windows replaced our original windows that let in a lot of street noise and in many windows the seal was broken and moisture and mildrew were present Brock spent a lot of time helping us decide what kind of windows would be best. We chose two different styles plus a sliding door to the back garden. The noise level was significantly reduced and the house was much warmer. We also saved money on our heating and air conditioning bills.

Very profesional, the installer did an excellent job, very polite and frienly. very happy with my new windows and happy to save energy and help the planet!!! The sale representative provided us a complete package with information about the company and windows.

We found Brock Doors & Windows Inc. very professional. Ken Riddle our salesperson was very imformative. He was punctual, and used no pressure tactics with us (as we experienced with other companines when gathering in quotes for our Bay Window) The installation guys were on time, polite, and cleaned up inside and out after their job was complete. We would highly recommend this company to our friends. We Will have them back this spring to work on our patio doors. This company is top notch in our books!

Called a few of the top-rated windows companies listed on this site, but Brock came across as the most professional and knowledgeable. At first I got 3 windows (including 2 bay windows) and a patio door installed in July. Everything went so well that I hired Brock again in late December to replace all on my 2nd floor windows. Had the same salesperson and installation crew for both jobs. Salesperson was very helpful and not pushy. Installation crew showed up on time for both installs. They worked efficiently and cleaned up fairly well afterwards. Also, after the first install I noticed a small problem with one of my window screens. Called and they told me to bring it in, they fixed it on the spot, free of charge, no hassles at all. So overall great service and would use them again and recommend them to others.

I called a few window companies in Georgetown. A few didn't return calls or didn't show up when they said they would. I only wanted a quote for bedroom windows.. We've lived in our home for 17 years and the builder install cheap windows. Kevin from Brock called back and came by when he said he would. He showed me lots of samples and answered all my questions. The quote was reasonable and the installation was also done on time. Installers were very friendly and were here for about 5 hours with little disruption. I plan on ordering new doors for the front our home in the spring of 2011 and possibly more windows. I would highly recommed Brock Windows to other friends and neighbors. Thanks

WE received 4 quotes from 4 different companies and we liked the approach of the salesman John Herridge, He explained everything we need to know about the winodws. Our first phase of our windows were installed at the end of Sept and we just love them. We would strongly recommend Brock Windows & Doors to all our friends.
