Our windows were purchased and installed in three installments - 2 large windows for our sunroom, two medium-size for our bedrooms and three small windows, for the kitchen, ensuite bathroom and guest bathroom. We had the same installers on each occasion. They arrived on the date and at the time they said they'd be here. They installed the windows efficiently and quickly and cleaned up after they were done. When they installed the kitchen window they even had to fight off bees which they encoutered when the frame of the old window was being removed. Both installers were efficient, careful and personable. We will be calling Brock again as we need to replace a patio door, probably sometime in 2011.

Brock installed our Bay Window in 2000 and we were very happy with it. So when we decided to have the rest of our six drafty windows replaced in November 2010 Brock was the only Company we called. The workers were excellent, the job was done efficiently. They cleaned up all of the debris and were very polite. The North Star Windows look great and now we have no more drafts. We would recommend Brock and as a matter of fact we have recommended Brock in the past to our friends. They are an excellent Company to do business with.

We had two windows replaced in November, our house is over 40yrs old with plaster walls on the interior. We were concerned about the plaster cracking and the mess it would make. We were very impressed with the installers as they took out the old and inserted the new without leaving a single crack. They were very fast and professional and left no mess whatsoever. We have four more windows to do next year and we are almost certain we will call Brock back to do these too. Also we had four qoutes before choosing Brock and even though the salesman said they were not the cheapest out there, believe it or not they were. We are just feeling the benefit of the windows now it has gone cold,no more drafts and much warmer bedrooms.

I had a couple of estimates & they were way over what Pat gave us. Others tried to sell us upgrades that Brock included for free. I have already given their number to a couple of friends

Shopped around and ended up with Brock due to the number of positive reviews and price. Had 6 windows done (3 large and 3 small) There were no surprises and the installer (John) and his team were great - even with me hanging around. On time, and the price was as quoted. They cleaned up everything and I will be using Brock (Northstar) windows once I do the rest of my windows. Good Job!

We hired Brock after contacting several companies. They came across as a reliable company and we favored the North Star windows. Overall we were please with their services. Especially we were happy with the installer Sokol who was very pleasant and did a great job. We will hire them again in the future and can recommend them with no hesitation.

I took months to finally choose the right company to replace my windows - I got five quotes and took great care to choose the right company - and I am very happy with Brock. It has now been over a year since I got my windows installed. It took a day and half to install 12 new windows, installers were fast, friendly and did a good clean job. My New windows make a huge difference in terms of sound and comfort. Just recently I thought one window's seal was broken and I called Brock - I was still under warranty and Ashley was very helpful. My new window was ordered and the repair person came as scheduled (I even got a call to say he would be a little late - very courteous - an important step since everyone has busy lives and waiting around can be aggravating - a simple call makes it a pleasant experience). The repair person arrived and reassessed the issue and it was taken care of. With my great experience, I would work with Brock and I have already suggested them to a number of friends. Thanks.
