We had the porch enclosure installed last fall (2009) by Brock Doors & Windows & Sunrooms. We are totally dissatisfied with their repair service. We've had water leaking every time it rains. We've called for repair for one year and the problem remained unsolved due to the lack of professionalism of both the company itself and its employee. The problem still remains until now. When it rains and water comes in, we call them to come and take a look (we have picture of what really happened), they don't come and when they pass by to check, they say that nothing is wrong. We have been waiting for one year long before WE WROTE THIS COMMENT. Do they understand that we tried to give a chance to right what is wrong. We get stuck with Brock because of the good feedback from customers. Now it is time for people to think over they come to ask their service. If the problem remains unsolved, we will have to get help from the consumers protection organization.

What: 13 Windows, 2 double patio sliders, double entry door and side door. From Mark in Sales to Lindsay the install coordinator to Dan & Ryan who installed all are professional, friendly people. Great advice from Mark, communication from entire team. Good price for top quality North Star and Doorplex product with a great warranty. Dan & Ryan showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. Brock's immediate service on a change to a door kept Dan and team rolling. A great customer experience. Highly recommended!

Eddie and Mike did a superb job on fitting our doors and windows. They worked quietly, efficiently, extremely hard and tidied up after themselves. However, what impressed us most about Brock was that when a problem arose - and in our case it was a custom-made cold room door that had been wrongly ordered - the company took ownership of the problem, and at their own expense, re-ordered the door. As a result, they were given additional business by us - and, not surprisingly, we requested Eddie for the job!

10 Years ago we moved into our home and needed windows installed. We called Brock Home Improvements and have never regretted our decision. When we decided to look for a storm door, Brock was our first call. Mario called us personally to arrange the measurements and in no time our door arrived and was installed expertly. Now I have wonderful light flooding our front hall.

Our story is simple. We required front windows and a double door for our home in 2009. Brock was courteous, precise and honest. They had a very reputable product - triple glazed windows. Their showroom was well stocked and manned by the Owner himself - John Nolet. He was sincere and happy to answer all of our questions. He did not push any product. He simply showed us what the features of the various windows and doors were. He did not rush us. We recognized that we wanted to deal with a company like Brock and placed our order. In 2010, when we required windows on another of our homes, we ONLY contacted Brock. The same scenario as in 2009 unfolded in 2010. Mr. Nolet remembered us from the year before and we placed our order. The installation was done very professionally and the installers even vacuumed after themselves. We trust Brock because of the owners, the product and the installers.

It was a pleasure dealing with Brock Home Improvement for our 2nd floor replacement windows. Previously, we had a rather bad experience with another company on our main floor windows. We were deceived in regards to what was contractually promised. This time around, we made the right choice. From my first visit to the Brampton showroom, through quoting stages, to delivery and installation, the team from Brock were courteous, knowledgable and totally professional. They took all the necessary steps to ensure our total satisfaction. Our new windows are wonderful. Thanks again Brock, for an experience that all consumers deserve and demand. I have been in my 50 year old house for over 25 years. I decided it was time for new windows and doors. But the question was...who was going to do the job? That's when I came across Brock - Windows, doors and sun rooms. From the moment I spoke with the sales representative, until the installers completed the job, I couldn't have asked for better service. As for the installers, they were very courteous, efficient, professional and answered any questions that I had. All around, Brock windows and doors are an exceptional company. In one day, my 50 year old house transformed into a brand new home. Thanks Brock for everything you have done! We had shopped around for quotes on replacement of all our windows, patio and storm doors. After several quotes we had the pleasure of dealing with a salesman from Brock Windows & Doors. The installation took place on the week estimated for delivery and the installation crew were first class. They took the time to ensure a profeesional installation was completed right down to the fine details of trim and flashing without a flaw. You can really tell at how successful a company is when you speak to there front line employees. Each one of the four I spoke with had very positive comments about the company and have been with Brock for a long time. Low turn over within an organization speaks to the ethics of the organizations leadership. Excellent company to deal with and they have certainly added another very satisfied customer to the referral list.

From start to finish, from the initial phone call, to thte home visit by sales, to the completion of the installation, the service of all Brock personnel was exceptional. Every employee was helpful, courteous, and patient. They listened to all of our questions, offered advice, and delivered professional service. We have already recommended Brock to friends and family!

We had Brock install four new windows for us. Not only was the salesman polite and fast, but his estimate was within a few dollars of the final price. The installers were also amazing. We will be using Brock again for our next project.
