- We got a great deal -- the windows are great quality, all triple-glaze even *with* grilles; - We had a vision of what we wanted our house to look like and they delivered the goods; - Sokal was great on the installation -- ask for him to be your installer! He's worth it, even if you have to wait. But just let him do his job; he doesn't need to be micro-managed. Overall this was a stress free experience. Phew!

Thrilled with our new windows great service. Finishing details on the inside excellent Exceeded our expectations for a very reasonable price. look forward to using them again for doors in the future.

We replaced most of our windows in 2003. Although one of the new bay windows leaked Brock quickly repaired it and there have been no further issues. This year (2010) we decided to replace the last 3 original windows. Brock was very professional and we are very pleased with our new windows. Thanks Brock.

Well 5 yrs ago we had Brock replace 5 windows and a 8 ft. padio door.We did recommend Brock to some friends.Recently we had Brock back to replace 2 basement windows.As before the windows were replace with no complications and no mess.Great job Brock!!

We just had all our windows replaced to energy star rated windows through Brock and were very happy with the efficient, conscientious and professional service the Ramone and his crew gave us.

Whenever we need new windows or doors we go to Brock. They are very professional from the initial visit through installation and follow up service. The salesperson was helpful and offered suggestions and made sure we got the best price. The installers were very courteous and on time and they cleaned up after the job was finished. My husband and I would highly recommend Brock to anyone needing home improvements.

This is the second time we went with Brock for our window needs. The first time we replaced 10 windows and this time around we replaced 9 windows and one door. As usual John and his team were excellent. They came in and replaced all the windows within the same day and cleaned up everything before leaving. We are very happy with the Northstar windows and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their windows. Brian the sales person was very knowledgable and very nice to talk with.

Completely satisfied. That's how we felt after the whole window shopping and installation process was over. After weeks of getting quotes from different window companies and after much research online, we ended up going with Brock for various reasons. From Terry their sales rep who made us feel comfortable in choosing the right windows and colour to visiting their showroom and actually seeing the difference between their products and others the choice became easy. Their quote was not the cheapest but after reading about their products and seeing it in person we were convinced that the price premium was worth it. And to be honest, the price difference was within 10% anyways. During the installation we were extremely pleased with Dan and his crew. Dan was very professional and was always willing to answer any of my questions about the windows and installation. The crew always cleaned up after themselves each night and always arrived at the agreed upon time each morning. If only all other installers were as good as these guys. Brock is very lucky to have a guy like Dan and his crew working for them. Now that the windows have been installed for almost two months, we can say that we're still extremely satisfied and completely love the look of them. We will definitely use Brock again for any additional work at our house.

We needed to replace the front doors to our house in Markham. They comprised double doors with non-standard side lights and transom. We visited several showrooms but were most impressed with Brock, where Kevin, a truly knowledgable sales person, explained the different types of products and what would be required. He visited the house the next day and took measurements. He was a pleasure to deal with, and we signed the order there and then. A few days later the installer arrived and re-confirmed all the dimensions. The door arrived on the day they said it would, and in a few hours it had been professionally installed by a really good team. They fully cooperated with our locksmsith in the installation of locksets and new hardware, and they left the place clean and tidy. They took a template of the interior casing and transom, and again the installer was here when he said he would be, to finish the interior casings. Again he left the place clean and tidy. The salesperson and the installer are a credit to Brock. Our new glass and wrought iron doors look fabulous (mind you, for the price they should). Well done Brock!

We recently purchased a cottage in Barrie that required all new windows. We decided to have the windows in our home in Burlington done at the same time and wanted to go with a company who could do both locations. We selected Brock because when comparing the estimates they were the most economical even with such a high quality window. We were further impressed with the professionalism of the installers. Each team of installers treated our home like it was their own and took great care to ensure we were satisfied with the final result. I would not hesitate to recommend Brock to my friends.
