Our experience with Brock was amazing from beginning to end. The sales rep, Terry, was knowledgeable and friendly. We visited the showroom and Mike gave us a tour, offering even more advice and info so that we could make the best decision possible based on our needs and budget. The installation team led by Amry were fast, highly skilled and very clean. We are very pleased with the final product. We definitely recommend Brock.

Last year, Brock replaced all our windows and did an excellent job. When it came time to replace our patio doors, I didn't bother getting any quotes - I went straight to Brock. They did not disappoint. Brian helped us determine the best possible type of door taking into consideration our two big dogs. We also had a bit of a tight timeline (we had exactly 10 weeks before our post eco-energy audit needed to be completed) and Brian was able to assure us he would get it done in that time. I specifically requested the same installer who did our windows (Amery) because I was so impressed with his crew's work on our windows. I was super elated when the doors arrived well within the time frame quoted and I must say they look great. What a difference to the back of our home. In addition, Amery went above and beyond by fixing some caulking on our front window (that I would never have noticed myself). Amery's crew works quickly and are very professional. I always ask a lot of questions and Amery always answers them. They do a great job of clean up after. You would hardly know they had been there. Thanks guys for a job well done.

I have to say from the time the sales representative to the technician installing our window glass, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We had to replace our old glass window for our front door... The salesmen recommended many options and gave out pamplets to look over the many choices. He was very helpful and never pressured us on anyting, ulitimately we went with his recommendation and we are very pleaseed with the outcome. When the technician came to install the window insert he was quick,clean and very efficent.

My mother in Ottawa purchased Northstar windows several years ago and so when we moved from Montreal to Mississauga, bought our home and decided we wanted to get the windows, front door and patio door replaced, the Northstar rep in Ottawa recommended Brock Home Improvements. From our first contact with Ken Riddle of Brock, to the help he provided us in selecting our new windows and doors, right down to the color, and to John, his wife and team of installers, the entire project was perfect!! This was a team of honest professionals who were dedicated to ensuring we were completely satisfied. Ken even came by the day after the job was done to see the finished product and to ensure we were satisfied. Thanks Ken and John for a fabulous experience!!

They were very friendly and the work was done ahead of time, which was very important to me. Most companies needed 4 to 6 weeks. They installed in 3 weeks. The installers were very helpful and even fixed an old window I had with no hesitation and at no extra charge. Thank-you all. I also like the lifetime warranty on my windows.
