The service call was phenomenal the follow up for measurements was fantastic! The installation and clean up was great and we were very satisfied with the results. It was nice, for a change, to hire someone and actually get what you were quoted in a timely manner-- this was really what blew us away.

After searching the web, and asking around for the right company for my renovation I came across Home Stars at the home show and went on there web site. I called in Brock and a few more companies to quote my project. Mark from Brock knew his stuff and after seeing Brock was the window company of choice on Home Stars I ordered my windows and doors from them. The installation team showed up lead by Amery and did a wonderful installation. My property was left neat and clean. Thanks for a great job!

After getting quotes from other companies, we chose Brock based on reputation, quality of product, salesman's knowledge and pricing. Due to leakage issues on some of our front windows, it was anyone's guess what would be found once the old windows were removed. Their installer, Tony and son did a great job once faced with unexpected frame issues, offering us alternative solutions. He made the necessary adjustments ensuring a secure fit,filled all gaps completely with insulation,& cleaned up the work areas very well.

What a great experience we had with Brock Home Improvements from our salesman Mike to our installers. It was a big job as we had all our windows replaced and Brock met all the time constaints they promised us. Each day was a challenge with the weather as we had everything from sunshine to rainfall and cold temperatures. From the very start our installers were respectful of our house and took precautions to keep ensure nothing was damaged. They rolled up in their workshop trailer with the product and each day took away the mess. The difference in the look of our house is amazing. The choice of colours that we had with the vinyl siding and grates in the windows just added to the curb appeal. Great job Brock!

WOW! What a diffrence Ed and his crew were great, on time each morning and they left no mess at all. There workmanship is A+++. Kevin the salesman was hassel free and no pressure at all. He knew his stuff and guided us in the right direction choosing styles, and products. The neighbours can't beleive the diffrence in our house and a few are getting new windows and doors as well. Walter [last name removed--Ed] the salesman did a great job explaining the products and procedures and Sokel and his helper used superb craftmanship to change the look of our home. This is the second time we ordered from Brock. The first order (also a small order) went like clockwork. This one needed 2 separate sets of measurements, 3 installation dates (I had to be home for only the first two) and 4 months to complete the order. Customer Service was responsive and the installer was good, but it took way too long and way too much effort. I'm sure the order was caught in the Christmas holidays and Home Reno Tax Credit rush, but 4 months seems a bit excessive. Brock has a great, well priced product, I wish I had been prepared for a 4 month wait.
