We had 10 North Star replacement windows installed in June. Derek and Brian were flexible in working around our schedule, courteous and very clean. They were in and out in two days with everything trimmed up and capped nicely. The windows are well made, energy efficient and look great.

The best price of all the quotes I received. No pressure tactic by Mike was a welcome surprise. The windows were ready for installed as promised. Don and his helper were courteous and professional. The work was done efficiently and everything was cleaned nicely. I am really pleased with the quality of the windows and installation. We replaced all of our windows and doors last month. After a few quotes, we settled on Brock because of their good reputation, North Star’s top quality products and the decent price. They were on schedule and the work was done as promised. One thing I should mention, after signing the contract we changed a few options; Mike had to rewrite the 2 pages contract and didn’t miss any details. And also he was very patient, we really appreciated that. The installers, John and his team, were amazing. The new windows and doors totally changed the look of our house. But now we’ve got a nice problem, we have to replace all the window coverings to match with the beautiful windows. :)) Thanks again to Mike, John and his team; you guys exceeded our expectations!

Wow..wow!! It’s highly recommended. The salesman, Bruce Wilson helped us in selecting the best $$$ for our windows and a great job by the installer (John) highly recommended too, clean-up was great. Brock installed a sliding door replacement for me, they were very professional from start to finish. There were a few minor defects from the manufacturer and were promptly resolved within a reasonable time period.

The two installers who came to put in the windows, arived on time and got right to work. My wife had to force them into taking a break as ske made them tea. They knew what they were dioing , got to work and cleaned up after they were done. Nothing but good raves about your two installers. B. & D.

Just had a large window (10 feet x 8 feet) installed in our dining room and we were very pleased with the quality of the window and with the installers. the installers were very professional and carried out the job in the timeframe we were given. They left the area clean and took all the packing material and old window with them.

Product knowledge of Sales rep was extremely good and advice was excelent! The installation team did a top notch job with a very strong attention to detail. We truely like our new windows and would highly recommend Brock to anyone. We are looking forward to the installation of our front entrance doors and overhead window. We know it will be a first class job as well!!
