Agree with all the other reviews here. Just thought that I'd add that the customer service was fantastic. The sales rep was calm, professional and did not try to oversell the product. Left us with a giant package of brochures so we could read up on the products they offered. The installer was great too. Mike fixed a completely non-related issue with my front door that he spotted when he did the measurements for the windows. Crew were on time, friendly and did a great cleanup job. Pretty much the perfect case scenario of how a contractor should do business.

Given that the window replacement market is so competitive it can potentially feel both daunting and overbearing as a customer who with no prior knowledge is simply seeking reliable information and advice. I therefore give full credit to all the team at Brock who took the time to explain and help us choose the right kind of windows and patio door for our home.This process started with the initial contact person / receptionist who was polite and effecient and then followed through by Walter who came out to listen and discuss various options at our convienience. His invaluable help helped us to choose not only the correct type and style of windows for our basement and bedrooms, but he rightly pointed out(un-like other reps who had come around) that the structure of our kitchen was suitable to modify from the existing french doors to a beautiful new patio door.Our contract installer,Don,was exceptionally effecient and although we could not be there on the day of the installation he phoned us at regular intervals to provide us with the re-assurance that all was going well. When we arrived home we were delighted not only with the windows and door but also with the fact that there was no mess left for us to deal with. The windows made by North Star are already proving to be energy effecient and the patio door has just provided us with a whole new and beautiful view of our garden. Mark Hill was great, he came to the house after our first contact in the showroom,always on time,and made good suggestions on the windows. Dan was our installer,he and his partner did the jobs very efficently and neatly.They cleaned up and the windows looked great. We have noticed a great saving in our gas consumption over the winter,20% less gas and the winter was 17% colder! What more can one say,except too bad we have no more windows to change!

Brocks product line and installer are first rate. No installation problems whatsoever. On time, On Price and site clean-up during and afterward. I highly recommend Brock and their installer "John". Northstar windows installed along with a patio door replacement.

This is the 3rd time we have had the pleasure of working with this company. Everyone is courteous & helpful. When we had a concern they were very accessible & looked after our needs. We had our window's done by Brock about 9 years ago.The job was so well done and we were very happy,when we needed the crank on one window replaced they came right out and no charge.So 9 years later we need the doors done and called Brock right away.The sale's man [Brian] came out and spent some time with us so that we got what we wanted and what we needed .Great guy.Six weeks later we have beautiful new doors,we are more than pleased.Also about 5 years ago we had my Mother use this company to have her front window done.Three jobs very well done Barbara from Oakville

They knew what to ask, what to recommend, and educated us on issues we had no idea about and that the other companies never even mentioned! The sales professional and installers were polite, friendly, and installed in some of the coldest weather of the year, all with a smile. The window quality if super - we had a few windows done a few years ago and you can see and feel the difference. Brock Windows & Doors did 2 installations at our house. The first installation was a new steel front door approximately 3 years ago. We were very satisfied with the work that they did so lasy summer we decided to have them install 2 patio doors and once again their installer Paul did a great job. We are very happy with our doors.

Our sales rep. Mark Hill was very knowledgeable on the products and extremely helpful throughout the project. The installers were efficient and hard working, always cleaned up the work area before they leave for the day. And the back office were helpful throughout this reno as well.... great experience over all....

We had several windows replaced in our home and I was satisfied with the service from the initial sales call to the completed install. They know there products and were not pushy. The price was competitive and was installed in a timely manner. The only negative was the salesman said that our window coverings would still after the installation but they did not so we had to buy new blinds.
