We are very happy with the Northstar product we chose. We experienced a problem with the work performed when the door was installed, and found that the company lacked customer service and the commitment to resolve complaint issues in a timely and professional manner.

Brock Windows installed two windows and did some aluminum siding work on our house and I was more than pleased with the product and quality of the installation. The workman was courteous and professional. I would recommend them 100%.

When we started thinking about new windows and a front door the sun was still warm and the grass was still green. It seemed like a good idea to get everything done before the snow came so we might not repeat the drafty mornings we had the last few winters in the house. After a recommendation from a friend who had all the windows done in the house, we called the Brock Windows and the salesman came to do an initial estimate. We got a few other quotes and got the salesman back and at this point, he sat down with us for about an hour and spent some time explaining the options and wrote up the contract. Brock was the most competitive and the windows they install (Northstar Windows) are really great now that they are installed. No fault of Brock's but when I called to inquire about the install date, they said that the door wasn't in yet and to call back in a few weeks. When I did finally get a date we booked it for the Monday following the week the door was supposed to arrive. The crew of 3 came in and put down groundcloths and went to work with saws and crowbars to get the old windows out. The windows came out quite quickly. But the door hadn't yet arrived so they would have to come back to finish the capping around the windows and put in the door and trim. I found the crew did good work (including some creative work in getting the door to look good in my 80+ year old house), but was a little messy. Given that they were working in pretty cold (and sometimes snowy conditions) I cut them some slack but will now have to find a way to get some of the debris from the installation off my roof and out of my gutters.

Sale staff is very knowledgeable. The products (North Star windows and doors) are of high quality and performance. Installation is non-eventful. An good experience overall. I would not hestitate to recommend the company.

Brock home improvement sales and service were both outstanding. My salesman John was on time for our appointment and he gave great advice on my window replaceing needs.The installers were also amazing! They curtious and professional. they came in on time , installed the windows and were out without leaving any mess at all for me to clean up.I would most definately recommend Brock windows to anyone and everyone I know. We are the original owners of a 25-year-old house in Oakville. We had an energy audit done on the house earlier this year which recommended replacement of several of the original windows - particularly the sliders in the kitchen and bedrooms. Our neighbours recommended Brock Home Improvements and suggested that I call Brian, the salesperson they had been speaking to. I called Brian and he responded almost immediately. Brian was very helpful in selecting the types of replacement windows we should be considering. After we signed the contract, we had a small question regarding the exterior colour of the new windows. Brian came over to the house and settled the question to our satisfaction. Soon after the installer arrived and completed the installation in one day. We were very pleased with his work, especially the efficient way he installed the windows, cleaned up his worksite and removed the old windows. We were shown how to operate the new windows and how to clean them. We are delighted with the appearance of our new windows and with the excellent service at a reasonable price provided by Brian and his crew. We would not hesitate to have Brock install additional replacement windows and would definately recommend the company to others.

I am writing to express my sheer content with the products, service and craftsmanship of Brock Home Improvements. A few years ago I replaced my windows throughout my home and over time, experienced severe water damage from poor quality/ poorly installed windows. Brock Home Improvements installed all new casement windows, slider doors, & steel entry doors. Installers arrived promptly and worked until the job was done. I am extremely impressed with the speed of installation, quality of work and clean up. I am delighted with the finished job and would have no hesitation in recommending your work and products.

we own a 5.5 year old home. Like most new homes today only the centre window of 3 will open and it opens at a tilt. we wanted much more air ciculation in our bed-room and living room. So we changed to windows that open at the top and bottom for all windows in both places to get more air ciculation. Plus they tilt in easily to wash meaning I do not have to go outside on a ladder. The salesman was very professional and insisted on the product that best suited us not the one that was the most costly. I am very happy with the air circulation. I sleep and breath better and have no need for the air conditioner. The windows were installed quickly and work just fine. Worried about mould, air quality and easy to maintain windows, I would suggest this place.

We had some of our windows installed by brock..The installers John & Mary what amazing people. You can see that they enjoy what they do. There work is so professionaly done. Very tidy and clean. I must say the workers are the people who give brock there name.. Excellent work..

Before he came out, Terry suggested that I read product info and reviews about Brock and other companies. When he came out, he explained the products on the market and what I could expect at various price ranges. Measurements were taken quickly. We then talked about what I wanted and he made several suggestions (which I accepted). I was told exactly what to expect and when. Brock met the time lines and the installation took place in one day. I was shown how to use the latches and was taken on an inspection of the property. All materials were gone and the area was left tidy and swept clean. I was given my guarantee, which I filled in and an immediate response came back thanking me for choosing Brock. I was so impressed that I called the company again and I now have my storm doors on order.
