The sales representative was very helpful, explaining and demonstrating where possible, the features and qualities of Brock's products. He went the extra mile to ensure our plans for a major cutout was well throughout and that his best crews were assigned. The installers were very professional, courteous and pleasant to have around. They worked quickly, but were very detailed with their work. When the product had a factory created problem, they were quick to get it resolved. They took extra care to protect our home and whenever they left for the day they made sure it was clean. We are very pleased with the end product and would not hestitate to recommend or use Brock again.

The sales person made the effort to educate me on purchasing windows in general. He pointed me to a number of web sites that allowed me to conduct my own independent research. The installation was completed quickly and professionally. The crew even tightened a few loose screws on our back door without being asked. The follow up service has been great - when I leave messages they call back right away. Happy to recommend them.

Yet another positive review for Brock. We ordered 4 basement windows. The salesperson did not try to upsell when I asked for the basic model. The installer let us pick a convenient time and we have had no issues during this rainy summer. It is nice to get something at a fair price without any hassle.

Very please with both the sales, service and products provided by Brock. The installers Derek and Brian took their time and worked on our house as if it was their own place. Very professional and organized company. Kevin our sales rep was honest friendly and provided a competitive quotation at our house (the only sales rep to do so, all the others insisted we visit their showrooms and then a quote would be provided). I have already recommended Brock to a friend.

The salesman was courteous, friendly,professional and extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. The installers were the same as well as being neat, tidy, and very unobtrusive. The windows and door were very good quality and installation was done properly without any short cuts to speed up or finish the job. The whole experience was painless and at the end rather enjoyable when the results were seen by ourselves and family members. A quality job from start to finish.

Walter Hawkins provided us with all relevant information to help us to move forward with changing our windows and doors. He was knowlegeable in the products he sells and was able to advise us and answer all our questions. Eric and Team did the actual installation. Those guys are great customer service people. They paid attention to detail and accommodated all my requests. They were professional and they took their time to explain to us about caring for the product as well as details on the mechanism and how to operate, etc. I have already recommended this company to a few of my friends who will soon need to use this service. Thanks to Brock Home Improvements, my new windows and patio door have become the best part of my home renovation. I'm so glad I listened to the Brock salesman, Terry, who was the only one to show me objective ratings (by Natural Resources Canada) of his products. He also gave me very good advice as to the type of windows and the type of renovation I needed. Amry the installer did an excellent job both with the measurements and the installation, covering old defects in the window openings, and leaving the home in a reasonably clean state. Even the window covering installer was impressed by the exact measurements of my new windows. Needless to say I love my new North Star windows and patio door. They look beautiful, are energy efficient, and cut out noise dramatically.

Brock was top notch from start to finish, I cant stress how scared we were with colour choices and design choices Brian V. was great in helping us choose everything from style of door to colour thank you so much you were patient it looks great , it was like having a designer come to your house and pay attention to details which make a world of difference, thanks to all the brock team Sandra

I first contacted Brock after a neighbour's referral a few years ago and was so satisfied with the final results that I didn't hesitate to call them again recently for more window replacements. The product (NorthStar) and the people - Mark and Eric - didn't disappoint. Excellence all around.

I called Brock and several other window companys for a quote on my home and within days Sandy Berkley called and when he came to my house he was professional and very helpful in suggesting what we would need. Sandy handled all my concerns and he made sure that the installers that came were experienced and efficient. The windows went in as planned and they cleaned up and covered my furniture and new kitchen granite. I had just renovated my home so everything was brand new-they did a fantastic job and nothing was damaged or even scratched. I would reccommend Brock to anyone who requires new windows -- I am very picky and they did not dissapoint -- I love my new North Star Windows!!
