    Sliding patio door

    We were in need of replacing our patio door, I contacted Brock for a quote and was pleased with the quick response and quote. The door was installed shortly after the order was placed and we couldnt be happier with the quality of not only the door but the install as well.

    New window

    I am so glad that I called Brock windows to replace a large old window at the back of our home. The sales person was very helpful and answered all my questions and even took the time to show me items on the old window that would be changed on the new. The new window has 3 panes and will be more efficient. Installation was great as the area was cleaned before the worker left. Price point was awesome. I highly recommend Brock Windows and will be ordering windows from them again.

    Basement Windows Installation

    Another great window installation by Brock. The free estimate was quickly undertaken and the pricing was competitive. I had two basement windows installed. The existing windows were removed and the new North Star windows installed. The installation was quick and clean, with no messes to be seen. The new windows look and function great!

    Windows and Doors

    The salesman , Justin , was excellent , he new about everything we asked for. Not pushy at all. Went threw everything quick and professionally. We did go threw the show room 3 months before Justin came, and we were very happy with the quality of the doors and the windows. The quote was very reasonable . Thanks Justin Chapman. Jim Hansford

    Front entrance door

    This is the 2nd time we have used Brock Windows and Doors. We are very satisfied with the product, service and installation. Chris offered great advice on the purchase and the install was seamless, the installer was amazing keeping the work area clean and tidy. We will be calling this company for our next W&D purchase.

    Front Window Replacement

    Last year we replaced all windows in our home with Northstar windows, with the exception of the front living room window. After having Northstar Windows's for a year, we realized the quality of these windows and knew the smart thing to do would be to replace the largest window of the house with Northstar as well. We have been exceptionally happy with all services provided by Brock Windows. Installers were very knowledgable and professional. These windows have made the house quieter and more energy efficient.

    Windows

    A good story. Back in the late fall of 2019 I had job for six basement windows. I wanted a brick to brick installation to match everything else i had done with the first floor windows. The day of installation arrived and the guys showed up with replacement windows. The next day the installation manager, Victor (?), came by and after a brief conversation the issue was resolved. They were back a couple months later and job done. I am very happy with the manner in which the issue was resolved, the installation itself, and the service from Victor and follow up by the firm to ensure I was satisfied with everything. Everything was handled properly!

    New front door and installation

    Completely satisfied. Thank you Andrew, Rich and Wayne for all your hard work. Professional and honest customer service. Fair price for such quality. Outstanding work on door installation. Thank you for bringing us coffee and for not cancelling in the rain! Will definitely recommend you.

    Bedroom windows

    Brock Doors and Windows was one of 3 quotes. We chose their quote, not because of the price, since all 3 were within the same price range, but because they impressed us the most. They offered us triple pane windows, bonus. The best though was the finishing trim work was real pine and not that MDF board. Putting it all together, they had the best deal. Installation was quick and efficient. Glad we chose Brock Doors and Windows.

    Main floor windows

    From the first appointment to the installation, seamless! The help that I received in deciding the type of windows and styles, well I'm just grateful.
