    6 new windows in, done and beautiful

    I've worked with Brock before on my previous property, and knew I would do it again. This time I needed 6 new windows, the salesman Sandy quoted on the best options. A few weeks later, the team of Stefan, Palel, and Andrew came and did the installation in about 6 hours, the house looks like new! Couldn't be happier, should have done it sooner.

    New front door

    Replaced 13 windows and patio door

    We had an excellent experience with the team at Brock Windows & Doors last week for the replacement of 13 windows and a patio door. Salesperson Rob was very knowledgeable, explaining options and providing recommendations regarding the most appropriate types of windows for each space. Installers Stefan and Pavel were professional, efficient, and even cheerful despite working in cold, wet weather! And Stephanie in the office was very pleasant and organized with the details of the project. The entire Brock team was great to work with ¬– and our windows look great too! Thanks, all.

    Excellent job! Very Satisfied Customer.

    Three bedrooms and one dinning room window replaced.Stefan and Pavel did an outsdanding job, clean efficient and timely... Thank you. Phil the salesperson is knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. Would highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

    New glass doors

    We recently decided to replace two of our exterior doors on our house with matching decorative glass panel doors. We found the perfect door for our needs in the Brock showroom and within a few days a Brock specialist visted our home, answered all of our questions and helped us work out all of the details. Both doors were installed without any problems and look beautiful. Brock did an oustanding job.

    Basement Door

    Brock has great customer service from beginning to end! I will not hesitate to use them again. I’ll admit they were a tiny bit pricier than other companies I looked into but I chose to go with them due to their customer service level. My door looks great and we constantly get compliments on it!

    Replaced side entry door

    Needed to replace original 60 year old wooden side door & screen with new single venting door. Within 2 days of visiting Etobicoke showroom I had great representative (Rob) visit house to cost out options. Very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell us. Rob was able to fit a wider door than other quotes we received. The guys who came to measure were also very competent. The actual installation (by Stefan) went off without a hitch. He removed old metal screen and old door & framing (back to the brick). New door was cleanly installed with careful consideration of ongoing construction that will lift the interior floor by another 3/4 inch. All openings were carefully filled, foamed and caulked. Stefan made sure to fit the trim pieces (incl discussion to best match our existing trim) and made sure that fit will work with our new floor. All waste was removed. Stefan did a wonderful job - would ask for him for next install! We will certainly contact Brock again for our next window & door installation

    Service 2nd to none

    After getting numerous quotes we found Brock Windows to be one of the best. With their reputation for exceptional products and outstanding service choosing them was an easy decision and the right one. Their installers were amazing and went above and beyond anything we expected.

    Wonderful Customer Service - Beautiful Window!

    We quoted a new window opening in our brick house. Brock’s quote was most reasonable and we really liked our salesman, Rob. Throughout the project Rob was professional and enthusiastic about our project and Brock. He answered any questions we had within a couple hours. Brock would also call to make sure we were happy with our install. The installers were friendly and kept everything as tidy as possible. They installed a stone trim on the outside of our window to match our other windows so it looks like it has always been there! Very happy with the result. We have extra light and a wider view of trees in our dining room it’s gorgeous! Thank you Brock.

    Windows and Door

    I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of my new windows and door. The garden door is absolutely beautiful! I immediately noticed a reduction in my heating cost. This basement project was well worth the cost. Highly recommend!
