    Front door replacement

    We had our front door replaced by Brock and have nothing but great things to say about the whole process. From the initial visit to the installation, all went smoothly.

    Front Door

    We are repeat customers because the first door at our previous house turned out so well. The salesman Chris came to our house and explained options and pricing. He also met us at the store to look at the door samples. The door was installed during Covid19 and the installers followed all the needed procedures to insure everyone's safety. The door really modernized the house and we have got many compliments. We would not hesitate to use Brock Doors and Windows again.

    FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR

    The Brook Door installer was extremely customer service orientated. Event though there was a few delays his main priority was customer satisfaction. Very friendly and aware of distancing obligation due to Covid19. Getting a lot of compliments from my neighbours. 100% Satisfied. Highly recommended.

    New Front Door Installation

    We had fantastic service from start to finish. Steve came to our house for an estimate. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all products. At installation time the installers were efficient and clean. They disposed of old door and we were extremely happy with the final product. I would highly recommend this company.

    New windows and patio doors

    This is our second time purchasing windows from Brock. A few years ago we purchased new windows for our second floor. Immediately, we felt the difference in our home comfort. No more drafty windows. This year we ordered new windows on our main floor and new patio doors. Again, we felt the comfort and energy savings. The installation team was great. They were courteous, fast and cleaned up all materials before they left. I like the clean look of our new windows. I highly recommend Brock Windows because they were professional, easy to work with and did an excellent job.

    5 windows equal 5 stars

    From first visiting the Etobicoke showroom to the in house sale, to the measuring team and finally to the installation, there was never a problem and always a very professional and friendly person to deal with. A service or product has to be exceptional for me to to recommend it; I've already recommended Brock Windows.

    Patio Door and 23 Window Replacements

    Extremely happy how the project went. The crew worked 10 each day for 2 days. They were very friendly and cleaned up disposed of our old windows. High recommend Brock.

    Doors

    Brock installed 1 side door, a double rear basement door and a rear sliding door from the Kitchen. The work was done on the day it was scheduled. The installers were very diligent and the area was left clean and ready for use. Very knowledgeable people and the quality vs cost ratio is excellent. Thanks Guys.

    Front Entry Door

    I approach Brock Doors and Windows for new front door and they did a really good job from sales to service installation...I would highly recommend for doors and windows installations... Door Installation Guy Eugene did a fantastic job from scratch to final finish.. Thanks..

    Door and window replacement

    Terrible. Door install November 2018 improper. Repair person took 3 weeks removed prehung door, drilled, chiseled still didn't close. Same rude repair person came out, told my wife he didn't remove the door, demanded coffee left a mess. 1 1/2 years later Brock's lockset not operating properly and no response from Brock. Install was late not compliant with rebate program and negative review to Google Brock responded that they were concerned and would do better. Don't believe Brock's response to negative reviews its a PR stunt.
