    Window Replacement

    We have an older home with drafty 30 year old windows and have wanted to replace them for years but were concerned about the cost. We shopped around and got an incredible deal with Brock that we couldn’t pass up. We were impressed with everyone on the team who helped with this project. The installers did a really great job and our windows are beautiful! We are getting many compliments from family, neighbours and even our postal carrier on how great they look. Thank you! We highly recommend Brock.

    Side door, glass panel and bathroom window

    Brock had already done almost all my windows last year and we were very satisfied with the result. I called Kevin again and he gave me a nice, detailed quote. We took some time to look around for other options however the worry free and quality we had in the past with the Company led us to work with them again. This was a large side door with a glass panel on top, they came and were very careful, covered my floors. We are happy with the result.

    Excellent Service from Sales to Installation!

    Excellent service! From sales to installation - a great experience. We needed to replace all windows and both the front door as well as patio door. We did this over two projects. They took the time to educate us on details of the products to ensure we made the best decision for our purchase. The installation team were great - clearly experienced and interactive, explaining the progress as they worked. Highly recommend Brock to anyone looking for new windows & doors.

    Patio door/Window

    Got two estimates for a/n work. Both estimates very close. Chose Brock Windows based on other reviews. Installers arrived early on install date. Were there for literally 2.5 hours. The father & son team that installed were amazing. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. When they left, you couldn't even tell that any work had been done. They left the house exactly as they found it. I will use Brock in the future with no hesitation and request these exact same installers.

    Poorly executed. I have an old house with 2 front windows that are 35 inches wide and 48 high. By the time they filled in the sides to fit THEIR window, I was left with 27 inches of actual glass coverage. 3 layers of cover/filler trim. Very dissatisfied. Kirby.

    Picture and bedroom installation

    Brock employees were very professional and neat too. They did a great job and cleaned up after the work was done. They were polite and answered questions immediately -I did not feel I was imposing on them. They arrived on time for the appointment. I would definitely use Brock again and highly recommend them.     Windows

    Great work. Did 6 windows included the very front large one and was done at great speed. Very nice and friendly workers and cleaned up after themselves and left my house neatly

    Doors and windows replaced

    Steve the salesperson was super awesome, it is because of him I chose to go with Brock . He sent his best guys Jerry and team who were very efficient, professional, thorough and fast. Our sidings were on back order with 90% complete, inspite of bad weather Jerry kept on top of it, updated me regularly and finally finished the job. Thank you to all of you at Brock.

    Beautiful New Windows and Doors

    We had a new window installed in our kitchen and one in a bedroom. Also got a new fibreglass front door and storm door. All look great. Our sales Rep was very knowledgeable. Gave us some sound advice on our products. Looking forward to fewer drafts with the 3 ply windows. The installers kept our home very clean and left no mess. overall, pleased with Brock for this service.

    New / Replacement Windows

    Brock did a very good job on providing window information, a prompt and thorough quotation, on pricing, and installation of the windows. I will use them again on future projects.
