    New windows

    Right from the beginning, Brock Windows outshined the competition. Great communication and responsiveness to our inquires. Brian, who came to do the free quote, was excellent to deal with. No pressure to buy, but rather helped us to feel comfortable with the product we were purchasing. The installation crew were fantastic. Their attention to detail was not missed. They cleaned up any mess they made. We would highly recommend Brock Windows.

    Window install

    Very professional service supplied. Went over and above on the installation of my windows. I am now just thinking of having a new front door installed by Broke. Thank you again.

    Windows and Doors

    Product and service was great from start to finish. No pressure sale service. Our install team lead by Jose was outstanding. I would highly recommend Brock to people needing windows and doors done.

    windows for cottage last year and patio door, this year front door

    Professional, reliable, they do what they say they are doing and they dont over promise the timeline. They have only over delivered to me the 2 times i have used Bock. Would i recommend them in a second. I used another company for the some windows at my cottage, they where a big disappointment, NOT BROCK they exceeded my expectations.

    Sliding Door for backyard

    Excellent service from the team, fast response with any questions! On the day of the installation, it was professional, fast and clean. The team did an excellent job and the sliding door to my backyard looks wonderful now! Highly recommended! Thank you again!

    New living room and bedroom windows

    After many years of wanting new windows, I finally decided to call Brock. They provided professional service. They were quick, clean and professional. They were the best window service in comparison to some others I have had. A great service,great product and great installers.

    Front Entry Door

    Extremely pleased with the service from beginning to end. Brock salesman to installer were extremely pleasant to work with. I really love our new door. I would highly recommend Brock to my family and neighbours.

    Worst experience ever!!

    Absolute nightmare start to finish! Sales rep was dishonest, unresponsive and rude. Installation was about 2 months late and measurements were done incorrectly so job was not quoted accurately and wound up costing about $1,000 more than quoted. They installed the wrong colour handles and it's taken over 2 months for that to get resolved. The wrong handles were installed upside down on the doors so the lock didn't work. The dry-walling repairs done by the service techs were brutal and had to be re-done. Phone calls and emails were not returned....All I can say is stay away from Brock Windows!!

    Window & door install

    We had our windows and doors installed Oct 2019, Very happy with the result. The installers were very meticulous and professional. It’s refreshing to have contractors that know what they are doing and do it well!

    Brock windows

    We contacted several window companies for an estimate on 5 replacement windows. As seniors we approached this with skepticism regarding the high pressure sales we were expecting and we were not disappointed. The Brock sales representative, Rob was the only one who did not pressure us into signing a contract immediately. He explained the process thoroughly and committed to a timely, professional installation process. He lived up to his word and we are more than pleased with the windows and the effortless process to have them installed.
