    Windows and Patio Door

    We are very happy with our new windows and patio doors. The crew who did the installation were friendly, professional and very efficient. The entire installation process went so smoothly and quickly. We have already noticed how much warmer it is in our home. We have also noted that we hear less noise from the street. Our overall service with Brock Doors and Windows has been a very pleasant experience.

    Kitchen Windows

    Upgrading my Kitchen I asked Brock to replace my windows. Tony provided a quote and the windows were here in about 4-5 weeks. The installation was done perfectly at my entire satisfaction in one day. Krzystof did an amazing Job. He installed the windows taking care of every single details like if he did this work on his own house. I am very happy about the work and the quality of the windows. Will do Business with Brock again in a near future. Conrad

    New windows

    With our Brock Windows, I am confident we got the best price and quality. The windows are beautiful and energy efficient. The installers exceeded my expectations. They were fast, friendly and very clean. Everything was done in just over a day and now we have great windows to help keep the house warm through the winter. I highly recommend Brock Windows to anyone looking to update their home. We are so happy with our new windows.

    Replacement Windows and Rear Door

    We found the staff and installers for this company to be friendly and at the same time very professional and knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased with the result. My wife and I have told our friends how happy we are with this result and would highly recommend the firm.

    new windows

    We are delighted with our new windows. Brock kept us very well informed at every step throughout the process. Our cottage is old and nothing is square, but you would never know it to look at our new windows. Excellent job!

    8 Window replacement

    From the salesman to the appraisal to the installation crew, professionalism was shown by everyone. The quality of the windows are top notch and we were happy with the entire process. Would consider them for door replacement in the future.

    Horrible service

    Brock did a devastatingly bad job. I was having all the windows, French door and front door replaced and Chris who sold me on everything was great but when problems started arising he was nowhere to be found. Adriana, the project coordinator was horrible, rude, and incompetent. They postponed their appointments or just didn't show up when scheduled numerous times which delayed other projects and wasted our time and money. Once they showed up to install, it was disgraceful. The guys were unprofessional and sloppy and the job was (and still is) incomplete. They scratched the beautiful front door and then installed it incorrectly so that it doesn't close properly, it scrapes everytime you close it. They poked holes all through my house. I had to re-plaster everything. They scratched most of the beautiful new frames, I've had to since get them repainted. I'm looking into launching a lawsuit.

    Replacing 30 Year Old Windows

    Great advice from Kris, the sales Rep. Crew Chief came a few days later to re-measure & give more advice. Got a call advising us of the install date 1 week prior. Got another reminder call one day prior to the install. Chase and Cody did a fantastic job with the install over 2 days. Professional work, great clean up and worked in the rain to get things done. Thank you very much.
