We'd like to apologize if you feel as if your experience has been less than favourable. That of course is far from what we desire for our clients, and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss and rectify the concerns. We can quickly determine if the seals in your windows are faulty, and would appreciate the opportunity to do so.
We can suggest some 'troubleshooting' advice for condensation, as that likely is related to the indoor humidity levels and occurs even with high performing windows. If however you are noticing condensation between the panes and it is not wipeable, that would be a sign of seal failure.
