    Go with Brock for professional installation.

    We recently had windows installed by Brock and it was a great experience from start to finish. It was easy to agree on a price with the sales representative who visited our home, and he even had models of the various types of window installations. Everything that was agreed to was delivered as promised, from the date for final measuring, to the installation date. As a matter of fact, the installation date was earlier than the range originally promised.

    2 sets of patio doors and 4 large casement windows

    We were impressed with the service we received from the first quote to the finished product. Once we chose the product and settled on the style we wanted, everything flowed very smoothly. Communication was always easy and very prompt. We were given heads up on the delivery of the windows and the arrival time of the installers. It was a two day install and the place was spotless when they left. We are extremely pleased with the end result and the installation team certainly raised the bar on professionalism and service.

    Installation of patio swing door with lite/replace several windows including living room bay-window

    replace two second floor bedroom windows replace living room bay window install patio door work was done efficiently and professionally -installation of patio door involved removal of existing window,cutting of masonry spandrel panel and the installation of frame and door

    Replacement of windows

    My wife and I have used Brock Doors and Windows in the past (door replacement) and recently contracted with the firm to replace all windows in our home. The sales representative for Brock was very knowledgeable and took his time to ensure at the end of the day we made the right product decisions. The installation of the windows went off without a hitch. From the Brock team that took measurements to ensure the windows would fit properly to the installation crew - all were very professional, courteous and very experienced. A job well done.

    front door and screen door installation

    What a truly disappointing experience. We signed the contract for an exterior and screen door installation July 14, 2018 and the job was finally finished April 2, 2019. Initial exterior door was the incorrect colour, we experienced a continued lack of quality control. The second set of installers put the door lock and the broom sweep (an attachment at the bottom of the door) upside down. Absolutely no communication. The booking clerk called and demanded we be available at their schedule, even necessitating a day off work, and then at the last minute we were told the door was not even available. The person in charge of our order was appallingly indifferent. No communication, no outreach to let us know how things were going, no apology ever received for the many "miscommunications". Messages left were not returned unless we pushed for an answer. Finally the sales rep that we first met with had to intervene to get the job done. We will not use Brock windows again and do NOT RECOMMEND this company.

    Window Replacement

    We were thrilled with the service that Steve provided us. From start to finish, Steve was professional, personable & showed pride in the company he worked for. Jerry, one of our installers also went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier. Love our new windows!

    Everything as promised

    We contacted 4 vendors to quote on replacing all windows and 2 patio doors. Brock was not the cheapest but we decided to go with them because we liked their product and the people we were speaking with. Once we decided to go with Brock we went to the show room to check out the windows in person. Installation was scheduled for about 4 weeks out. A rep came and remeasured everything and the installers showed up exactly on time. The job took 2 days. The installers were professional and exceptional at their job. John the Inspector came by at least 3 times over the 2 days to ensure that everything was being done to properly. It was. I am so happy with our new windows and doors. I would definitely recommend Brock to others.

    Windows and Installation

    Came time to get our windows replaced I wanted to deal with a well known company. After choosing our windows we were told to expect installation in 8-10 weeks. We got a call for our installation date about 4-6 weeks earlier than expected. Stefan and Ben came out to install our windows. They did an excellent job and were very hard workers. They were neat and clean putting down drop sheets. I definitely recommend Brock Windows and Doors Ltd.

    Stay away from this Company

    The product does not work as presented, installation took 6 months, I had to keep calling to get installation and they cancelled part of the order in error. When they could not correct the problem after 3 service calls the response was that is just how it is made. While I was working with the customer service manager and service people communicating with them frequently they threaten me with legal action for non payment of a small amount of money that was held back until the job was completed satisfactory (which will not happen). Bill is now paid, Customer is unhappy and the product is inferior!

    Front window

    Had a great experience with Brock! Their workers were clean, respectful and timely. Had a wonderful follow up call after the job was done and it was an easy and pain free process.
