What a truly disappointing experience. We signed the contract for an exterior and screen door installation July 14, 2018 and the job was finally finished April 2, 2019. Initial exterior door was the incorrect colour, we experienced a continued lack of quality control. The second set of installers put the door lock and the broom sweep (an attachment at the bottom of the door) upside down. Absolutely no communication. The booking clerk called and demanded we be available at their schedule, even necessitating a day off work, and then at the last minute we were told the door was not even available. The person in charge of our order was appallingly indifferent. No communication, no outreach to let us know how things were going, no apology ever received for the many "miscommunications". Messages left were not returned unless we pushed for an answer. Finally the sales rep that we first met with had to intervene to get the job done. We will not use Brock windows again and do NOT RECOMMEND this company.
