    Doors

    From the moment I walked into the Brock show roomI knew this was the company we were going to go with!Chris answered all my questions and made my vision of what I wanted come to life.I had visited other companies prior to Brock.Next Steve and install team were amazing polite professional.Have already recommended Brock to friends family and neighbours and co workers!!!Promise over delivered oh and yes I received call from head office asking about satisfaction..Fantastic Experience Nicole

    Front Door Replacement

    Our basic stock door was letting heat escape through the seams and we knew that we wanted our locks upgraded because of a recent break & enter in our neighbourhood. We got a quote and decided to go with Brock. The service was excellent from start to finish. The installation crew arrived at 8:30am and they were done around 11. That included removing our original door and frame and installing the new door. The crew was careful and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend Brock. Know that you get what you pay for. Brock isn’t the cheapest place around but I would say that they are by far one of the best. Totally worth it!

    Excellent Service!

    I was really pleased with the entire experience- from first contact right thru installation a few days ago. I found pricing for 3 windows was very fair and the installers were timely, courteous, pleasant, and took care with the work - results look great!

    they came right away to quote. they brought samples. They booked an install and came and no mess. Nice guys. Everything great. Using them for other projects in the future

    Windows and Patio door

    We started planning a kitchen renovation and decided to include new windows and a patio door in our plan. Brock Windows in Whitby were great to work with and delivered on schedule. The installation crew were timely and very efficient as well Lynn Port Perry

    Door, Side Lights and Transom Installation

    We recently had a side door, transom and side lights installed by Brock. Decisions regarding the door, glass etc were made in the fall and at our request, installation was to be scheduled in the spring. As spring drew closer, Brock called to arrange a suitable installation date. The installers were on time, did a fabulous job and left the job site in tip top shape. We are pleased with the service received and would, without hesitation, recommend this company.

    Four windows replaced (a 5 pane Bay window and three others)

    Purchased service May 11, 2018. Work completed March 27, 2019. Many rescheduling issues due to poor internal communications incorrect measurements and delivery of the wrong bay window (no grills). No serious response for request for fair compensation for the frustration, delay and inconvenience.

    windows

    I recently had windows and a patio door installed in the basement. I would definely recommend Brock Doors and Windows. I bought the coloured windows on the outside and they look beautiful. The installers came in, removed the old windows and installed the new ones. I was very impressed with the clean up. The trim around the windows was looked amazing and the caulking was perfect. I would definetly recommend Brock.

    Window and door install

    Very happy with the installation from start to finish . Arrived on time , cleaned up . Very diligent in making certain floors were protected . Highly recommend Dave, Jesse and Christian to anyone replacing their windows and/or doors .

    Windows

    Replaced nine windows front of house.Windows look great and were professionally installed.Work was performed in a timely manner.Excellent follow-up regarding any concerns.Would certainly recommend as it was a pleasure dealing with all their representatives.
