    Window renovation downtown

    The sales team was questionable to say the least, had issues with timelines and responsiveness. After getting through that process everything was fine. The installers that were sent out, Stefan and Ben, were absolutely wonderful. They were punctual, communicative, clean and thorough with the job.

    REPLACEMENT OF PATIO DOOR

    PERSON WHO CAME TO GIVE THE QUOTATION WAS VERY KN0WLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY AND THE WAS ABLE TO INSTALLE THE PATIO DOOR BY THE PROMISED DATE. THE ISTALLERS ARE VERY EFFICIENT AND JOB WAS COMPLETED WITH IN IN COUPLE OF HOURS CLEANED UP THE PLACE AFTER INSTALLATION.

    Great quality, great installers!

    We just had Brock Windows and Doors install new windows in our family room – the room in which I probably spend the most time. While the first installer who came out didn’t feel that he could do the job, the second team that came out within a few days was outstanding. They were fun to work with, and left the spaces they touched cleaner than when they arrived! The windows themselves seem great so far. They have cut down on the winter drafts quite considerably and they look amazing. The view they allow into our back garden and beyond is really special. We’ve had horrible experiences with other window companies but we have now found our “go to” company for any changes down the road.

    Door and window

    I had a back door and window replaced. The quality of the product is very good. The replacement took 16 weeks-4 -6 weeks later that what was told to me initially. The company would not return my calls or emails regarding service. I had ordered a screen door but the order was never sent in by Brock. The installers chipped the paint on a newly painted deck. When I asked about this, I was offered $50. The installers had to come back twice as there were some issues with the install. Now, the rubber portion at the bottom of the door is coming off, however, I have not called as I do not want to deal with this company anymore. As a note, apparently, my contact at the company quit and the installers that Brock hired were let go shortly after the install. I gave the company 2 stars as the door is lovely.

We do see a Service Ticket open in your file which our Service Team will be connecting with you to rectify. If you do not wish to have this issue resolved by our team, any third-party company that you may or may not hire to repair this will void your warranty. Your credit was based upon the chip of paint you explain occurred during the installation of your patio door & window, which is valued at no more than the $50 you received. We are however happy to hear you find your door to be lovely and of high quality. We're sorry though to hear you feel poorly regarding the remainder of your project.     Basement Window

    I had a window in my basement replaced. The work was done with great care and the clean up after was spotless. Also the window looks amazing. Thank you. Debra Barrie

    Window Replacement

    We had the majority of our windows replaced throughout our house. The company (Brock) is very organized. We were notified by phone of our installation date, then contacted by email with a list of items for preparation of the work. The installers arrived as scheduled and had to work through our first extreme cold dates of the winter. In spite of the cold, the guys took their time with the work and made sure to tidy and clean up daily. The work was completed with care and the our preexisting plantation shutters were reinstalled and fit precisely. We are satisfied with the work and would recommend Brock.

    Window installation

    The service was very professional from sales to installation. The work was scheduled earlier than expected as they fit me into a cancellation. They arrived on time and the job was finished ahead of schedule. Their experience is evident.

    New Door and Repeat Customers

    This year we had a new door installed by Brock. We are very happy with the work done. Also, we are repeat Brock customers. We had all of our windows and doors in the house replaced by Brock over the last 15 years or so. We are so happy with the results!! The quality of work is outstanding!!

    Brook Windows and Doors

    We had Brock Window and Doors do the back of our house for Windows. We had ten windows replaced two very large ones. They did an great job and I love the windows. They are so easy to use and clean. Some windows are located on the second story it is nice to access the windows to clean them with out getting on a ladder. The difference in noise control with the new windows is amazing so much less noise coming into the house then our previous windows. Very pleased customer.

    Windows Install

    I had 7 windows replaced. They look great, a significant improvement from previous old windows. The service was excellent, came out, measuring was done and quote completed. Date for install was as scheduled and confirmed. Great job. They look and work great.
