    windows

    We got all our windows replaced. It took 2 days and they look fantastic. We have an older home and a cold snap came right after the installation. We felt a huge difference right away with the warmth of the house. The trim work looks great. Very professional.

    glass replacement

    Brock installed windows for me about 25 years ago. Recently I needed replacement glass in the windows which Brock has done for me. It was a little job but was done completely to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Brock.

    Windows

    Very good job - see review written a minute ago. Very efficient, workers were very polite and respectful, demonstrated usage of windows to us a few times. They were in and out in 6 hrs., ckranrd up well after themselves, and covered all the areas in which they were working with tarps. Thanks!

    Window Replacement

    Met with sales rep who was very knowledgable and provided helpful suggestions for the best windows for our home. We decided to go ahead with the order. We were told the order would take approximately 8-12 weeks...but reality came about 5 months later. We were called with an installation date on 3 different occasions and even confirmed one the week before and all 3 times the installers did not show. We were told there was some sort of miscommunication and they apologized for any inconvenience. What they failed to understand is that we moved all our furniture having to put it all back and took time off work all three times. They team who installed the windows were fantastic. They worked quickly, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and did a final inspection after the installation. We were very happy with our new windows despite the miscommunication/disorganization of the installation dates.

    Window Installation

    Brock service is great - from the sales quote to installation. The sales rep was able to provide me with various window options to what I would like and I am very pleased with what I got. I can't wait until Spring comes so I can really enjoy my new windows! The installers were clean and did not leave any dirt or mess behind. Brock Doors and Windows is highly recommended.

    Installing 23 windows and a sliding door.

    Brock windows and door were very professional,we were happy with their service.Adam and Jayson were very nice and they cleaned up after they were done and I will absolutely recommend their service to all my friends. Thank you Brock Windows and Doors.

    Sliding glass door & window

    Other than a slight appointment delay due to weather I was very happy with Brocks service. After missing my first appointment Brock compinsated me with a price reduction to make the situation good. The 3 member installation team were profesional. They worked as a team to complete the job in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home as it was when they arrived.

    Replacement windows

    I was referred to brock windows by a family member. The sales rep Steve was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions we had regarding the type of windows we should purchase. We were advised that it would take 2 days for the installation. It took the 3 installers 7 hours to remove, replace and finish 14 windows! Exceptional service from the beginning to the end and I will certainly recommend them!

    Windows and patio door

    Brock Windows replaced all of my windows and my sliding patio door. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Brock Windows...from the first consultation, the completion and the installation. Everyone was knowledgeable of their line of work and everything was done on time. On the very first day of installation, I already noticed a difference on the warmth of my home. I’m happy and satisfied of their workmanship. I would surely recommend them.
