We'd like to apologize for the inconvenience as a result of the shelving that posed slight difficulty during the process of your trim work. We do like to send out a "What to Expect" letter prior to our clients installations so the homeowners are aware of what the project may or may not entail. Listed within the letter, we advise objects on or near adjacent walls to be removed due to impediment or vibrations, to ultimately avoid damage. With that being said, we'd like to extend an apology if perhaps you had not received this letter.
