    Front door Success

    We were very pleased right from the start with Steven Matikafrom Brock Doors and Windows. He was our initial consultant. Our door was instslled quickly and seamlessly by Colin Ropson and his team. They were easy to get along with and provided many laughs along the way. We would highly recommend this team of installers and would use Brock Doors and Windows for any future projects in our home.

    Front Entrance, and windows

    From our initial contact at Brock's head office showroom in Brampton, to the completed project I have been impressed. I deal with contractors and sales people all the time and wish for better, but right from the start Brock's people have been professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. Our desire was to completely update the front fascia of our home, and get away front the builders cheap door system and drafty windows. Justin, our salesman understood our desire and worked with us to design an over sized door system to give us the look we were after. We are very pleased with the out come to date. In the spring we will be continuing with window replacement, with Brock's products and skilled installers. M.McKay

    Front window

    This is my 2nd project with Brock Windows. My sales rep Brian, was very well informed and helped with the choice of window I chose. The installer was very good and cleaned up everything before leaving. I will be using them for my next project and would recommend them to my friends and family.

    18 Windows replaced

    We were quite impressed with the professionalism and efficiency shown by everyone during the entire process, from getting a quote to the completed installation. Tony answered all our queries during the initial process of window selection. Our installer Harry and his team showed tremendous teamwork throughout installation. Cleaning up after and making sure We were quite satisfied before they left. Thank you Brock for fantastic job.

    !0 Awning windows and new front door

    I was first impressed with the company representative who came to the house, very professional, informative and helpful with my decisions, second, the final measure was the same excellent service, Then the install, David @ and his son in law Lee were nothing short of the best. A 2 day install became a 4, they never cut corners, they were extremely knowledgeable , courteous , and professional. I thanked the company for sending me their best team..

    Front Door Installation

    Really enjoyed working with Brock windows and doors, the customer service was/is amazing from the sales guy, to the installation guys and the lady I spoke with in our area, I believe her name is Stephanie as well. Called about a hiccup and they were on it, we have a date in February 2019 for the hiccup to be fixed. Would highly recommend as they stand by what they say. Very satisfied. Thank you!

    New Windows

    I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the expertise of the installers. The order was delivered and installed sooner than the original time frame given. The installation was not as stressful as anticipated. Even though the temperature was -1C the installers worked in complete sync and harmony, put down tarps on the floors around every new window location and cleaned up after each window was installed from both the inside and the outside. The new windows are such a pleasure to have and I consider this a valuable investment to my property.

    Full window replacement

    In November 2017 I put a down payment for a project the salesman Dave Sheppard assured me would take 3-4 months to complete. 10 visits later over the period of a year we still have 3 poorly installed windows to fix and the caulking to re-do on the entire rear of the home. Now that they have the majority of my money they are ignoring my calls and emails. I strongly recommend calling their phone number and askong for customer service before signing any contract, notice how you can never get anyone.

    Excellent work and Installation of our Windows

    I had 8 windows installed at our house and from start to finish I was extremely satisfied with the salesperson to the guys that did the installation of our windows. I highly recommend to anyone looking for windows.

    Front entrance door sideline installation

    We ordered a North Star triple lock 36" front door with two sidelights in 3/4 length glass. The installers, Borin and Robert arrived on 17 Dec2018 promptly and in no time removed a double entrance door, and installed the new front entrance. Talk about people who know their jobs. Amazingly talented and courteous, the final plus was the amazing caulking job and finishing trim. I took before and after pictures. The new front entrance has surely added value and charm to our home. Great job. I would highly recommend Brock windows and doors. Paul Junop
