    5 Casement windows installed in downtown townhouse

    We had a great experience dealing with Brock Doors and Windows. Our sales rep helped us use the last of the GreenON government rebates, although the refund hasn't come through yet, is substantial at $500 per window and helped lower our bill from the original $6000 quote to around $3500. These windows are triple pane and with brick-to-brick full installation. The windows are of nice quality along with experienced installers guarantee the job is going to be finished properly and on time. Our sales rep suggested that I visit one of their showrooms, which was a new one in the west end near Kipling and Evans Ave. They have a nice sample set up with different walls so you can see how the trim is done. The espresso colour looked good on display so I opted to pay extra for the colour inside and out which is unusual and turned out stunning! The colour is part of the frame and not painted on and does not cheapen the appearance of the window frame. Even the hardware matches We had an issue with one of the screens being too tight for the frame and difficult to snap in and out. I had no problem contacting service and booking a visit from their service rep who is going to replace the screen with a new one. This kind of service is what I appreciate with a major upgrade to a home. It's easy to get the work done, but when a problem arises, the better companies like Brock will stand behind their work. I also appreciated that Brock was ok with payment by credit card for points, and was super helpful with doing the paperwork for the GreenON government rebate program. Brock even has their own personnel to handle this part of the job. Thanks Brock!

    WINDOW REPLACEMENT

    We decided to go with Brock after inquiring with several other companies. Brock's Andew representatives were attentive, knowledgeable and gave us some great ideas that we would not have come up with on our own! Also installer Amry is very professional I highly recommend using them - what a great experience AND our windows look GREAT!

    Installation of Windows

    When Brian came in, he helped me to decide on what windows would be best for the house. From the moment that the estimate was given, all the way up until the installation of the 12 windows, Brock Doors and Windows Ltd. was an absolute pleasure to do business with. They ensured that all appointments were met, they informed me in advance of their arrival and they made sure that they cleaned up well. I highly recommend this company because they were very professional and they did an excellent job on the windows.

    New Windows

    I needed to replace 8 windows in our 20 plus year old house and I liked the windows a neighbour had upgraded to. Our windows were just installed and we love how they block all except the loudest of sounds from outside. The coloured vinyl outside and all white inside with the wides trim look really smart. The opening and lock mechanisms are very smooth and easy to operate.

    I can't express enough how happy my wife and I are about the install and the cleanliness of the work very top notch. We like the look of the windows and the work that went around them thank you to Brock Windows and Doors 5 + all aroun.

    Brock doors & windows

    Recently had 12 windows and a patio door replaced from Brock doors & windows and I am very pleased with the quality of work and also how knowledgeable there sales reps are. Would recommend Brock doors & windows to anyone.

    Three windows intalled

    Really nice installers so I hate to write a bad review BUT, finger prints and glue left on the sills. Poor caulking of the holes. One piece of wood is loose and can be moved, plus the outside isn't primed like the others are. Piece of metal sticking out and cut my finger (minimally). Holes left on wall at bottom of one window which I will have to fill, sand and paint. Guys were nice and put a screen up for me that wasn't part of the job. They worked hard all day. They didn't bring the paperwork so I had to sign on a piece of paper. Hard to get a hold of anyone to assist. No one answers phone so I have to leave messages (3) which no one has returned so far. I was suppose to pay over 2 years but because they didn't have the paperwork, I have to speak to someone (who phoned and left message) to confirm. Hopefully the two men will call me and get things fixed for me. I'll keep you posted! Jan.3/19. Waited two months for team to fix errors. Installer came and said his partner was sick so couldn't do the job and it should have been booked as full day but was not. So he cleaned up one window and left. Called Brock to rebook - have to wait two more weeks. He also said that the parts needed were special order and he wasn't told that so didn't have the parts. Next appointment (two weeks later). They called 40 minutes before they were due and cancelled cause they didn't have an installer. Next appointment Sat. Let's see what happens. . I had to remind them it's a full day two person job (they are sending one person). Promised me $450 off by the big boss (Mike?) who didn't pass on the info to the person I was speaking to and she had $225. Have that straightened out I think. I've missed three days work so far. Very expensive 3 windows. I'll follow up. DON'T USE BROCK. It's a prolonged headache dealing with people who you can tell really don't care. Next I call Global News.

    Window Installation had many issues

    Initially I was pleased to work with Brock - the sales rep Phil seemed very knowledgeable and understood the technical challenges involved in my window replacement. Also the product seemed good. The person doing the measurements came a couple weeks later, and after that it went downhill. When the installers came 6-8wks later, almost all the windows were the wrong size. They assured me they could get replacement windows in 3 weeks, and after several weeks of waiting/asking, I received a $500 credit. However, it took 6 weeks, and at that point all communication with "customer service" was lost. There was an issue with my financing, and it took me several hours of my time over several weeks working directly with their accounting person to sort it out. I couldn't even get a response from their customer service team. In fairness, I think the initial assessment and install was eventually done well, but unfortunately almost the exact story played out with a friend of mine (his case is worse because he's at risk now of losing the government grant), and so I highly recommend avoiding this company until they can sort out their issues.

    Patio Door

    We recently had the main floor of our house renovated, and although the windows are newer and work well, we had a huge patio sliding door (circa 1974) that was extremely difficult to move as it was old, did not have runners, and was not energy efficient by todays standards. We met with Rick Bionda and described our thoughts for a replacement. Rick very patiently met with us several times, and examined each of our choices for esthetics, efficiency and operation for the space available, before we settled on a triple door with a centre slide. Rick, and the staff at the showrooms were extremely professional and walked us through our plan and decision process. Rick answered our questions clearly and fully, and several times researched to check if what we found in magazines was possible for our situation. The installation crew was fast, clean and very professional. They showed up at the scheduled time and day, and left us 2 ½ hours later with a fully installed patio door, description of what had been done and how they operated, and absolutely no evidence that a removal and installation had occurred. It was spotless. Brock Windows impressed us with their professionalism and product from start to finish. They will be our “go to” for our next household need from their product line. D. & J.     Highly recommended

    Two years ago we had 6 windows installed. We were so impressed with the work and quality that we had Brock come back for a new front door and three more windows. The entire process from start to finish was great. Scott worked with us to help us choose styles and colours. So glad we went with his recommendation for a red door! We also appreciated the installers who were professional, clean and kind. Highly recommend Brock!!
